Buyer beware! I purchased close $100 worth of product from this company. It never arrived. This company has extremely bad business practices. When the items you purchased do not arrive, they say, sorry. Too bad and keep your money. No refund. No replacement. Unbelievable. They refuse to provide proof of delivery. Apparently, I am not the only consumer they ripped off. Check out the bad reviews.

Its a scam i took one for the team and put my card on there just bc the deal where TOO good to be true. Tho i thought it might have been a sus site just because you cant even make a log in or give an email anywhere on the site to receive a conformation number. But anyways i tried it and when i put my card in there was no conformation number the cart just clears. This is the only sus site ive ever but my card on and ive been get charged for random things like 100$ lyfts 77$ deliver charges and multiple attempted bank transactions. I have proof but im on my laptop at the moment.

I ordered 4 wigs and they sent me 3 wigs of the same kind that I DID NOT ORDER, Have emailed them several times as well as called the phone number which is constantly Busy..... Have yet to get a response from them via email... I want my merchandise or my money refunded back to me... Customer service seems non-existent

This wig is beyond horrible, shedding, ugly, too short, nappy and no resemblance to image shown for description.

I ordered a wig from this company. This wig is horrible. This is not the wig that was advertised on outre s website. This looks like a wig from party city. This company is a dishonest. I will never order from them again

I am more than pleased with the quality of this hair, but how responsive they were when I requested quicker delivery. I received it in timely manner, and was very happy with quality. I will order from them again, when I need to order hair again. Customer Service excellent! Thank you So Good BB. First time buyer, but i will be back.

You can't trust this company. Please do not buy from them online - they are master scammers, they will secure a tracking number for your address, but will never send the package. Shame on them for being thieves and liars.

I received my order and was very disappointed. The wig is nothing like what the model displayed. The color is black and white, not salt and pepper. It is awful.

I ordered two thinking this is it, just what I want and OMG, what a shock and total dissappointment. I will not return them because you only want to give a store credit rather than a refund.

They will be donated to the American Cancer Society in hopes that someone will be able to use them.

I will never order from you again nor recommend you to anyone

Do not order from this company. I didn’t receive the item that I paid for and they did nothing to remedy the situation. And their customer service is absolutely awful.

I have only ever had a positive experience with the company.

I live in the UK and wigs are so expensive here that it works out a lot cheaper to order from the US and So Good's shipping prices are also a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

I've made two orders with them, once the wigs came all the way to England in a week and another time they got held up. I contacted customer services and they sent me a new tracking code and also informed me how long it normally takes to arrive to international customers.

I am really happy with their service and will continue to shop with them as long as no problems arise.

So Good BB not only had the hair I was looking for at a good price but there was also a coupon. I placed my order Sunday night and today, Wednesday, I’m holding my hair in my hand. 3 days!!! Talk about service. I got exactly what I wanted at a good price in a timely manner. I am impressed and now have a new site to buy my hair.

The wig I received is nice quality hair but the ends are very thin 130 density very very thin I had to add my own hair. You can’t bleach the lace as their is like a padding sewn over the lace. When I run my fingers through the strands it’s like little bubbles are on some strands at first I thought could thus be lice but now I’ve read other reviews I’m going to go and check the wig thoroughly.

My initial order was incorrect however, So Good Shop corrected the order immediately sending it as priority mail. Very impressed!

I ordered a wig which was advertised as natural, unprocessed human hair. I did not have to take it from its package to know that what I received was very processed and possibly not even all human hair. I began within minutes of receipt attempting to communicate with the company. They NEVER responded. I involved PAYPAL, and at the very last minute --- So Good provided a return address to send the wig with no further comment. I returned the unused/unworn wig in package (with proof) and they STILL did not refund. Thankfully, PAYPAL did, so I got my money back. Stay away from So Good Shop!!! THey are not an honest business.

I made a purchase from SoGoodBB.com and the items purchased were not as described. I purchased human hair with the intention of bleaching the hair to then dye and customize. But the hair was, in fact, not able to be bleached. I also reached out to (2) other hair companies and had them confirm in writing that the hair provided was not as described and could not be bleached because the hair was most likely not human hair. When I emailed SoGoodBB.com about the issue they did not respond and when I filed a dispute with my bank they fought the dispute by lying and claimed they did not describe the hair as human hair, which should bleach, while the very same description is still published on their website to this day.
