Both batteries broke. I called and no help. I had to resoder the connection and broke again.

These bikes are DANGEROUS. Breaks went out 2 months in. I’ve been reaching out to the company and Walmart for over 6 months with no response. Do not buy anything from these people. I was almost severely injured several times due to brake and tire malfunctions. Your warranty means nothing

I'm loving my new bike so far! It's super easy to handle and perfect for commuting. Plus, the price is great compared to other bikes I've looked at. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it took longer than expected for customer service to get back to me, and I had a few issues with some of the accessories not arrived on time. But other than that, I'm very happy with it!

Recently bought a spare battery for my S3, and Sohamo’s team was super quick to assist me. They explained the purchasing process and delivery time, making it really easy to get what I needed. I’m extremely satisfied with both of my Sohamo bikes and their excellent customer service!

My only complaint is the slow response time from customer service and the wait for accessories. The assembly instructions weren’t as clear as I’d hoped, which made the setup a bit tricky

The parts were fine, but I had some trouble with the installation. The revised instructions for the mirrors were helpful, but when I tried to remove a handlebar plug, it broke off inside the handlebar. Drilling it out wasn’t too difficult with the right tools, but it definitely made the process harder. A bit frustrating, but overall the bike seems good.
