I started this experience with a lot of optimism.

I really enjoyed the day at the studio - despite the ‘promise’ of no costs - just enjoy the day. The hard sell comes at the end of the day. Unless you are accepted, you can’t have the photos and once accepted to get a website it’s nearly £2.5k. I thought great it’s an opportunity for a new career. I was given time to think about it or a cooling off period.

I was promised that my account manager Amy would be in touch just to go through what to expect - that was a month ago - and no contact since. Can’t get through on number I have been given and no response to my emails.

If you are a genuine company, then your client services methodology is very poor. If you deal with model agencies I’ve no idea how they get in touch with you as you only have one number to get in touch.

I had an amazing time at the Soho Fashion Studios. From the moment I walked in to the studio I was greeted warmly by friendly staff.

They organised my outfits for each shoot and I had the most amazing Makeup Artist that transformed me from one look to another beautifully.

The photographer was great. She directed every pose for each shot. I thoroughly enjoyed my day. I was left feeling very confident moving forward in my modelling career as a model

My experience modeling at SOHO FASHION STUDIOS in London was nothing short of fabulous! From the moment I walked in yesterday, I was warmly welcomed from the hot weather outside into the cool air-conditioned atmosphere. I didn't know what to expect and thought I might be nervous but that feeling just disappeared.
The staff present tailored the outfits I brought along; and also accessorised everything, so that all was set up and ready for each sessions of the shoot. The studio itself was clean and well-equipped with what you would expect in a professional creative space.
I won't give away what we did throughout my experience and time there, but it was all a cool indulgence and not boring at all.
Both my Photographer & Make-up Artist were great and equally kind, fun to be around with and incredibly professional and confident. My Make-up Artist styled my hair too and in the end I didn't recognise myself but I definitely felt wow!
My Photographer was great, very professional providing clear directions when doing the shots. Making the atmosphere inspiring and conducive to artistic expression. It was evident that they prioritized professionalism and creativity, making the entire experience not only productive but also enjoyable and "My time at SOHO FASHION STUDIOS was incredibly rewarding I would highly recommend this studio as the go to place".

I went for a photoshoot to be considered as a ‘mature model’ a few days ago at the Soho Fashion Studios. I wasn’t sure what to expect being a complete novice. I need not have worried. The creative team and other staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I figured that I might only do this once, so I should enjoy the whole experience. I was delighted to have been successful and am truly grateful to all concerned, including the assessor’s feedback. Who knew that I might be starting a new (part time) career at this age?!? Feeling very blessed.

I am very, very upset and cried for the past 2 days because I used my late mother’s inheritance money and paid for the full package upfront. This was over 2K. I found my late mother dead a few years ago and I have realised I won’t get any work unless I pay all of their contacts. I did have a great day at the studios but I was not advised I would have to pay all of their contacts. I hope my late mother will forgive me. I am devastated and now financially vulnerable. I feel I have been scammed in a sense.

A wonderful memory for life. Please read this review if you are new to the industry and a bit doubtful and scared about going for a photoshoot.
The team of Soho Fashion Studios (SFS) made me feel so welcome, so at ease and cared for, as I walked in their premises ( by the way a great location, professional studios and perfect facilities on site).
The stylist was so humble and yet so competent and confident, in a few minutes I had my outfits chosen, she understood me, perfect combos.
The make up artist / hair stylist was graceful, incredibly knowledgeable about skin type, had amazing skin products and created the perfect make up whilst respecting my essence. I felt seen and it was a real pleasure.
And the photographer, what can I say, he allowed me to be me! It was there to hold a space for me, giving me guidance being inspirational and very “in the moment”. I had real fun.

I visited here for a photo shoot and decided to take the train as I knew parking and congestion charge would end up being costly as well as fuel, as I was coming from over 100 miles away. I felt welcomed and comfortable by the staff. Was offered water on entry which really helped as it was 26/27 degrees that day! There was 80's music playing throughout the day which gave a touch of nostalgia.
The lady that did my make up was lovely, friendly and engaged in conversation with me. I loved the way she changed my look everytime I sat in her chair, adding bits here and there. Same with the photographer that I was allocated. Frederico, very calm man and easy to shoot with and talk to. I loved every minute of my shoot with my different looks, the pictures were great and I throughly enjoyed the fact that they mixed it up with location and studio shots. My assessor Sam was great and explained everything sufficiently.
The only thing I was confused about is the initial lady I spoke to and booked my shoot with, I was unaware that she wasn't based at the studio so when I tried to call her on the morning of my shoot I thought I was getting through to the studio but in fact it was a separate office so my message was not passed on. But that was a tiny glitch in what was an absolutely fabulous day.
Thanks to the whole team. I cannot wait to start my new journey!

Nerve wracking BUT truly amazing

I had the pleasure of attending the studio a few weeks back and the experience was brilliant, honestly

Don’t get me wrong I was really nervous, it’s the whole experience of letting strangers take your picture and do you hair and make up while trying to be calm in that environment, however, everyone of the team I had the pleasure of working with were fantastic.

The girls doing the hair and make up, photographer and stylist, so down to earth and made me so feel welcome,

Not once did anyone put me under any pressure, I was told to have an open mind and it worked, don’t get me wrong having your pictures taken in a busy London street is nerve wracking BUT I’m so proud of myself for going with it and can’t thank the team enough,

They are a pleasure to work with, I’d do it again in a heartbeat

I must say, from start to finish, I encountered the most professional team. I had an absolute blast throughout. The makeup and hairstyles boosted my confidence for the photoshoot. Getting ready was filled with laughter. I received help assembling my styles to complete my looks. The photographer made me feel comfortable, and the pictures turned out absolutely amazing. Thank you! Not only did I have an amazing and fun day, but I’m also expecting to receive the most professional and original portfolio that will help me stand out in this industry.

Made me feel welcome and at ease. Gave great advice on styling, makeup, how to pose and what to do.

Dipping my toe into the world of modelling as a mature lady was quite nerve-racking but oh my what a day I had. From the moment I arrived everyone was so kind and helpful. They transformed me into someone that was happy and really enjoyed being photographed. If you follow their expertise and guidance you can enjoy having the most amazing day; I honestly cried when I saw the photographs that had been taken and how natural I looked in front of the camera. It’s a day that I will never forget! Thank you everyone it was very special for me.

The crew were super friendly and welcoming and made me feel relaxed throughout the day.

The stylists, hair, make up and photographers were clearly passionate about their art and this came through in the photos.

Don't deal with them you don't require there mis selling ripping of service .
Don't buy their packages as it's not needed cut out the middle man and apply to modelling agencys yourself with a decent photo of yourself because the modelling agency you deal with through them also want fees and Google says if you got to pay upfront run for the hills it's a scam don't bother calling me and I won't be calling you ok

Ps This company is in Breach of Contract so I have been advised plus I have a case reference number

Being a mature lady, I thought I would like to try and venture into modelling. I was lucky enough to be asked by online models to come and try out for a photo shoot which I agreed to. I was sent an email of the variety of clothes to bring and clear instructions of how to find Soho fashion studios. Once I had arrived, the stylist went through my outfits with me and chose 4 to use for the photo shoots. She also chose accessories, such as jewellery hats, shoes for me to wear which they provided. I had a lovely young lady called Maria who took care of my hair and makeup and took the time to explain how she would start from a simple hair and make up look for the first outfit and increase make up and a more glamorous hairstyle for the final look. My photographer was an extremely experienced young lady who made me feel at ease and gave me direction as to how I should stand and pose for each shot. Some of the photos were taken in the studio and some shots were taken outside which I thoroughly enjoyed, as I didn't mind people watching. The studios had changing rooms and toilets and they also provided water if I wanted any. The photos were all amazing and if I could have afforded them, I would definitely have purchased them. I really felt that I would enjoy modelling for catalogues, adverts, magazines etc as the experience I had today increased my confidence.

It was a great experience as I was very nervous and was not sure if I would be a suitable candidate! But the staff and the manager were amazing and but me to eas.

Thank you for having a great photo shoot! The whole team was amazing giving me such a warm welcome and very friendly. My clothes were chosen for me by a stylist got my hair and make-up done for every shoot the photographer showed me had to pose which I find very easy do not be nervous there is no need to be. There is no pressure to buy the portfolio. My deposit was returned to me as promised all and all a great experience. I cannot wait what lies ahead.

I decided to do something different and looked into modelling whilst retired. I made my booking with online models.
From start to end all the team had the roles in assisting me through each stage, stylist who helped select my outfits for the shoot with accessories. Then the lovely hair stylist and makeup artist did my hair and makeup which was lovely and they made this really look easy. They created day to evening looks. The photo shoot itself was wonderful and I felt that I was a top model already! Wonderful day and experience

As soon as I turned up I was lifted. The girls made me welcome as I'd never had a photo shoot and didn't know what to expect. I'm 74 years young and I came home feeling 16, the photographer was amazing the makeup was amazing the whole experience has changed how I feel about myself. Thank you so much Soho I would give you a 10 if I could. If you want to do this I would recommend you pop along and book yourself in.
