Very useful and informative conversation about how to upgrade my system followed by being kept informed about my installation, including answers to my questions. Louise, the installation guy was really good, courteous and totally took account of my wishes re placement of inverter, battery and wiring with space for the addition of an extra battery in the future. Also explained how the system operated and helped me with the app. I would recommend this company.

The visit was on time, Louis the engineer sorted the problem very quickly, he is a very nice chap and very helpful.

The two engineers were prompt and efficient and removed the inverter without mess.

I have waited to check that my panels are now working before submitting my review. They are now fully functioning and I am getting my feed-in tariff payments again. I had scaffolding up for an emergency roof repair the week before their work began and they kindly dismantled that so their scaffolding could be erected early. When they took away their scaffolding after the panel work was done they left 7 large wooden boards that their scaffolding was resting on which I had to get rid of at the local tip. It would have been good if they had also removed the left over pieces of pigeon nesting material that were taken from behind the panels prior to adding the meshing and had accumulated on my bay roof and the dead pigeon chick and broken eggs. Hence I haven’t given the maximum rating.

I booked for a maintenance which was done quickly and in depth, had the issues explained to me and all my questions answered. Even the ones that weren't related to the maintenance.
Was told the price of any parts I needed replaced but made it clear it was for me to think about and did not try to talk me into buying, just advised of the 10 year plan and quoted.
Dom was polite and friendly and went in my loft to complete the check even though it was boiling in there and then closed it up for me which was very helpful.

Hassle free. Solar Panels were not generating power. Spoke to Steve on Tuesday advised me engineer would be with me following day, Engineer arrived at the agreed time. tested the system and advised it was an Inverter fault. He installed a new Inverter which included a 10 year guarantee. The cost was within my expectation but the service was beyond my expectation. It first class professional service.

Good communication - arrived when expected. Did the work / no issues / all now fully operational. Would recommend.

2 years ago this company serviced my thermal system, put in 2 new pumps and new pipework. It has now been leaking. A reputable company has looked at it and has discovered it was not installed correctly. the company now say they did not guarantee their work and will not rectify it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Solar Maintenance and Repairs provided an efficient and comprehensive service with an opportunity to sign up and pay for follow up care and warranty for 10 years. They were easy to contact by phone, text or email and always responsive. I would have given 5 stars for excellent work apart from- in cleaning pigeon nests from behind the panels all the crud and dirt was left on a lower roof which meant I have had to employ someone to get up there to clean it. This was disappointing.

The company rep was punctual. He crawled into our roof space on a very hot day. ( Brave man).
He diagnosed our problem which was no generation of power from our panels. He sorted the issue and we were back up and running very quickly.
Very good and polite attitude. They came on time so no waiting around for them.
