Solar Safe UK Ltd Avis

Fast and efficient service. Installation was completed swiftly and to a high standard with every step being fully explained, would highly recommend.

I had my system installed August 2022 that was very professional quick and clean the system has worked faultless since then until I had a new router fitted I tried to fix it my self and failed so I phoned solar safe and the same day had a response and talked me through the set up.All up and running thank You So much Phil

I had solar panels and a battery fitted to my property by Solar Safe UK last December. I'm absolutely thrilled with the quick service provided, everything was done on the dates promised and they've done a really neat installation.

We're in the depths of winter and still managing to generate half our energy from the panels so am really looking forward to the longer days where we should be off grid for our energy generation.

Highly recommend company

Great job, professional workers, very satisfying about everything, really recommend it to everyone who has plans for solar panels, you won’t be disappointed

Recently had another 6KW Solar system installed, with a large battery storage upgrade with Solar Safe UK, I just want to say they have been an unbelievable, The attention to detail, the pricing of their systems, everything is absolutely bang on the mark. They operate in a completely hassle free and non "pushy" way, which is a breath of fresh air.

James in particular has been outstanding with his explanation of the system, how it works and what we can realistically expect it to produce living in the UK! They have been on hand with any queries that I had with the system and have always been more than happy to help.

I Highly recommend this company to anybody who is genuinely thinking about investing in a solar system, These guys aren't out here to con anyone they genuine enjoy and respect what they do.

Do not use this company. In 2017 the inverter on my solar PV system packed in. As the system was under guarantee the company organised repair and solar safe came to replace my inverter. Whilst there the guy criticised everything about my original installation and tried to sell me all sorts of “extras” that I needed as well as installing a Goodwe inverter and selling me a PVplus extra.
Recently I realised when wanting to send my generation meter reading that I had a fault showing on my inverter.
I contacted solar safe as the installers via email. We exchanged several emails and even a video of the breakers tripping every time I tried to reset them. His response was I had lots of problems which he could see from this video and again I think he had “£” signs in his eyes. That all changed when I told him that he had installed the inverter, which was under warranty still, and the PV plus system.
His response then changed. He was no longer interested in helping, saying “he wasn’t my personal PA” and sent me a link the the Goodwe website and refused to help any further.
After some research I found a local solar company who stated they would take on warranty work. This company attended looked at the inverter and took what information they needed.
He then contacted me to say the fault codes we’re suggesting a problem with the PV plus system that had been fitted by solar safe.
On examination by an electrician this was found to be correct and was very quickly repaired.
After so long since the installation by solar safe I never expected them to attend without paying for them to come but I do think he should have agreed to come and offer help with products he installed. Exceptionally poor service.
Thank goodness other companies are not the same and my system is back working again.

From start to finish, this company’s response and workmanship have been first class. In what was a big step for us, we have been hugely reassured by the level of knowledge and efficiency shown by James and the team in every aspect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic company. Quick, efficient and no hard sell. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to have solar panels. A really professional approach and great communication throughout.

Very responsive, professional and efficient service - fit was quick and easy. All as promised, very pleased.

What makes a great company?
Well... start with a straightforward, honest quote that includes all the elements that are to be included. Secondly keep the customer in the loop while plans are drawn and planning permissions gained. Thirdly - be ready with the equipment and the man-power when it is required to actually be fitted. Fourthly - stick with the prices and the dates for fitting . And lastly... do a truly professional fit, leave the customer educated on the system, with all guarantees and assurances of any future fixes if required.
That's a great company.
Thank you James

Friendly, efficient team. Good communication and excellent timekeeping. I was kept informed at each stage and I can say that James went above and beyond the call of duty.

Great experience 😊 Was reccomended by a pal at work. Contact was great, instalation painless. Well pleased.

Had Solar Safe come out for a replacement on the 14th. I really don't tend to bother with these reviews, but this was all quick and painless and they were really courteous. Credit where due, therefore am saying so here. All the best. G

James and his team did a great job with our new solar system.
They started the job on time, installed the system and cabling very neatly. The job was completed on the same day.

Quick and efficient service from start to finish, no hard sales sell, one price quoted for the full system.
The personal touch from James and the team is second to none I can not recommend them highly enough, fitted and finished in less than a day, superb service really pleased.

Just had a Solar Safe Ltd system installed I was very impressed by James and his team very very neat and tidy and very thorough- once installed James took me through the app and explained how the system regenerates and exports the power, the paperwork was emailed the same day and James helped me through the application process to the grid - a very good and experienced team and a must if you are thinking to go Solar

Was recommended Solar Safe by a neighbour and we weren't disappointed. Install done in a day and within 4 weeks of getting a quote. Very efficient and professional.

These guys do not hang around. They do what they say they are going to do.
Clean and tidy. Stick to the deadline.
Couldn’t fault in anyway.

A fantastic family run firm, full of knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. Communication was fluid throughout the build up and the installation seamless. They were clean, great to work with and super helpful with all of my questions. They have also been excellent post install, coming back on queries and supporting my understanding. The system is second to none and working like a dream. I couldn't recommend James and his team highly enough.
