I have been working with Charlie Stone on a number of property sales. He is always professional and always communicates quickly.

I never usually leave reviews on Trust Pilot, however, I feel I needed to leave one to say how amazing Rebecca was during my house purchase.
Rebecca was brilliant from the get go. She was super helpful and went out of her way to always chase everything on the sellers side for me. I was constantly messaging Rebecca to check how things were going and I must've been so annoying. Nonetheless, Rebecca was always professional and was never sharp with me, regardless of the countless messages. Rebecca went above and beyond, she did everything she said she would and actually helped me a lot more than the branch manager!
Rebecca is an absolute credit to the company - thank you again.

We had our house on the market and had 2 sales fall through over a 6 month period. We found a house that we really wanted and contacted Sold in day. Jack gave me an offer within an hour, which was lower than we were advertised for, but still reasonable and worked for us, and we had no fees to pay, and completed on our property 2 weeks later, I’m now writing this review from our new house. What a company although I didn’t accept the offer Reece was very helpful and took time to advise me on what I should do going forward and was very too the point and didn’t draw out the offer made as he knew we had better offers on the table but I would 100% consider this company should we need advice or to sell in the future

Avoid this Company at all costs!
Total waste of time.
Their formula is simple -
Agree a buying price.
Push you to exchange contracts, then just before exchange they attempt to frustrate you by ignoring all communication.
Eventually your calls are answered with excuses for the delays, then FINALLY, in the hope that you are desperate to sell, offer a substantially reduced price.
We were strung along from August 2023 until December.
Fortunately we were not desperate to sell and only “attempted” to use Sold in a Day as an “easy” means to dispose of our property.
Will certainly not be using Sold in a Day or any similar company in the future.
I also note that a review by someone else and very similar to this one, posted in December, seems to have disappeared- wonder what happened to that and if they ever received the compensation they were promised?!?!?!

The experience of selling my my house went really well, it went on the market on a Wednesday, I had a viewing on Thursday & an offer on Friday ! Wow, as easy as that ! The only bit I didn't like, even though I had been told that nobody would rush me, I was only given 10 days notice of my completion date, this just was not enough time for me.

I have worked with Rebecca for a number of years now and I am always extremely impressed with her knowledge and efficiency. Look forward to working together in the future.

I needed a quick sale to release some equity and Soldinaday did true to their word. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Just sold my second property using sold in a day and their broker.After loosing our buyer on the open market we approached them for a cash offer, sadly their offer as fair as it was , just wasn’t enough to allow us to buy the property we wanted.Instead using their network of investors , they found me a cash buyer that completed on the transaction within 10 days as promised!

Rather than walking away from us , they stepped up and helped immensely.Bravo and thank you to the entire team!

AVOID. Wanted a quick sale. Agreed a price and sorted a solicitor.
My solicitor had a few emails from this companies solicitor and then absolutely nothing for over 1 month. 2 people who I had previous contact with also did not respond either! CON!!!!
Got all the proof! AVOID
