Great experience, the guys kept me informed through out the whole process and took all the stress away

I recently had to sell my home due to a messy divorce. The service from Sold in a day was impeccable. in particular dealing with Charlie was excellent, he was professional and caring at all time and made a very difficult situation a little bit more bareable.

No fuss or complications, very quick to deal with my property. From my initial enquiry to a cash offer and completion. Staff very understanding of my situation which helped enormously.

I have just completed on my property and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Very prompt and efficient. Not only did Andrew guarantee a time scale, but made the process very easy - highly recommend for a quick sale.

I did not have a positive experience with this company, they told me they would take vacant possession of my property, so I emptied the house, then they reduced their offer by a substantial amount and didn’t complete, leaving me living on camp furniture in my house until I finally got fed up with being strung along and changed companies, Ive now sold my house to a new company, who did exactly what they said they would, paid exactly what they said they would and who completed with in a week.

We were looking for a quick sale from cash buyers who understood the importance of agreeing on a price and deadline and sticking to it. Andrew James assured me that the price we agree on will not be renegotiated at a later stage or on completion day and that our conditions of sale will be honoured. He was totally flexible with the day we wanted to complete by and the whole process was completed, as promised, within 18 days. This could have been sooner but we asked for a 7 day extended completion date. This was by far the best and fastest way to get sold and i will be talking with Andrew in the future as and when i want to sell again. Thank you also to Rebecca who was very helpful and supportive with all enquiries throughout. It was a pleasure to be able to get through on the phone and to get call backs within the hour when leaving messages. Finally i would recommend that if you are having difficulty in selling your property and you want a quick sale for a fair cash price, and want to deal with trustworthy people who do what they say without deviation then Andrew and Rebecca, in my opinion are the dream team.

Having not managed to sell our property via the ‘traditional’ route, we ended up trying a more alternative approach. There are many dubious companies looking to take advantage of people’s situations or misfortune; luckily we weren’t in a position of desperation so felt able to be more choosy with the companies we considered. Charlie was amazing. He explained everything clearly to us; no question was unanswered. He was happy to share the terms and conditions before we made our decision to use this company. At no point did we feel under pressure and this was down to Charlie’s reassuring manner. Unfortunately we were not in a position to allow more than a couple of weeks for marketing, so our property did not sell. Whilst that was disappointing, I am glad we gave it a go, and am confident that it would probably have sold had we been able to leave it for a little longer.
If you need to sell your house quickly, do make sure you do your research. Choose a reliable and personable agent like Charlie- it will reduce the stress you are probably feeling and offer reassurance.
