Soletrying Avis 

An item was purchased from their website and I received a confirmation email with the correct description of the item that I had intended to purchase. The invoice was far more than I had expected with a very high tax being charged, but I overlooked the charge. The item took nearly a month to receive. Once getting the item it was not what I had intended on purchasing and definitely did not match the description per the invoice. I reached out to " Soletrying.com " and was told that the item they sent was correct, even though the description on their confirmation email does not match the item I received. This is a fraudulent bunch of theives, scamming the western markets , knowing that they can get away with their scam. The problem is once the understand that their website has been flagged as fraudulent, they close it down and open a new website under a different name.

Why is the price you charged my credit card higher than the price quoted ???

So finally after persuing a refund and atleast 3 weeks later i finally got one of two items i bought from them. I still don't understand how two items plus shipping came out to about 100$ seeing as how both were listed on sale marked down ,i dont have those number off hand but it was like 39$ marked down to 27 or 28$ for one and something comperable on the other but at check out somehow it was almost 50$ exactly for each item . Still waiting on the one item i received the most "up to date" package tracking info on ...maybe one day it will show up

Bought this on impulse but was surprised when it arrived cause really large size strong and solid ive not tried ut yet but im sure it'll be just great it arrived in strong cardboard box even the spike tgat connects its yo the groundbusbso strong its all really well made.

I was going to order the HDMI transmitter and receiver advertised for AU$41. Luckily I chose to use PayPal. However, when I was about to finalise the order, the price suddenly jumped to US$ and instead of the 41 Australian dollars it was US $38 which is about AU$57. And on top of that, the shipping and insurance were also in American dollars. I did not complete the purchase via PayPal and, after reading the reviews, I want nothing to do with this dishonest company. They have been offering 10% then 15% the 30% discount for me to complete the order, but what good is a 30% discount, if they only send the transmitter without the receiver or vice versa (See other reviews)

I got updates on my order while it was overseas but none when it was in the USA. I also have not received it yet.dont request a review before I get it.

The purchase took 3 weeks to arrive. The parcel was left 9n top of a recycling bin. Before My neighbour noticed it with her separate purchase also sitting on the bin.Could have been stolen. Not safe/ not good enough!!

There is a consistent theme here. I received only half the goods I have paid for. I have a receiver but no transmitter. The support function is obvoiously automated. I'm not hopeful of a successful outcome. YouTube ads seem to be a safe haven for scammers.

Only received the receiver not a transmitter.

Okay, somebody please contact the Feds to shut down this scam company. I purchased a HDMI transmitter/receiver for $29.99. My bank charge came back as $50.02!, I emailed them immediately, they claim they couldn’t find my order. I even sent them a screen shot of my bank statement. I then called Wells Fargo and submitted a Fraud Investigation. Please do not order from this company. Oh, BTW, I go curious and looked searched their LLC, there’s about a dozen different online companies out of the same location in Denver CO. When You look for their contact info, they all lead to an address in New York City.

Updated order and shipping information at every point of progress was quite nice. Also, when I was initially charged much more for tax than expected, I inquired and they immediately refunded the overcharge. Not sure that was this a different company than the fulfillment company. Haven't tried the product yet, so that is still an unknown, but the price, customer service and shipping experience has been satisfactory.

I ordered a HDMI transmitter/Receiver from Soletrying.
When I opened the package it had just the Receiver and a small usb C to usb cable, no Transmitter.
When I complained and sent a picture of what I received they offered me $3 compensation. After 2 further email attempts to get what I ordered they upped the compensation amount to $9 (I paid £29). The receiver is useless without the transmitter half.

BEWARE I paid for the transmitter and receiver after watching Soletrying advert on Youtube. I received only the receiver when emailing them on numerous occasions I have not been able to get either return details or full refund or for them to send a transmitter, which they say they will not do only give a small refund amount which is not acceptable as the transmitter and receiver was paid for.
