I love it, it’s just how I imagined it

Excellent looking desk with a lovely mahogany colour, very easy to put together, very unusual, excellent internal space, lovely drawer and really well made.

Delivery was very easy to arrange, communication from the seller was very good, the price of the desk was very reasonable and it suits our needs perfectly.

Why 3 stars? The desk top has a perfectly straight mark about 12 inches long and 3mm wide on the top that we didn’t notice until it had been assembled,

It’s more like a scrape on the wood as it’s wide, it almost looks as if something very heavy was on top of it and then pulled across its top - it’s been varnished over so it’s come from the shop like it.

I appreciate the fact that each piece is individual and will have natural defects and colouring (which adds to the charm of the piece) but this mark is not natural and very noticeable.

So a lovely table but marred by an unsightly mark on the top.

I was contacted by Josh from the Solid Wood Warehouse and he has apologised for the mark on my furniture and offered a part refund by way of an apology. This is very much appreciated and I thank him for the time to respond to my issue.

Seems like really good quality bedside table with the curves that the other options online didn't have and what looks like sustainable wood :-)

We ordered 8 items of the Chestnut mango wood furniture; a bit anxious as we were only going from pictures on the Internet - but we are delighted with the quality and finish. I would definitely recommend and buy again. One of our items was damaged in delivery but this was rectified and communication with Solid Wood Warehouse was professional and swift.

Easy ordering process, quick despatch and item as described

I bought two bedside tables-scandi style.
Really well made and very well wrapped.

The service and designs from Solid Wood Warehouse are great. The order arrived very quickly and was delivered well-packaged. There was little installation to do, except from screwing on the legs. These were colour coded to match to the table, however, the labels had subsequently come off. The prices are decent to ambitious in my view and I was expecting a better quality finish. The finish (staining) is uneven in coverage in places and the wood is not sanded and lacquered equally smooth everywhere, leading to rougher and smoother patches. Since we needed a quick decorating solution it wasn't enough to complain about, but if we would have wanted to use this furniture for many years, we would have wanted a better quality finish with attention to detail. I would now call it pleasantly retro designs with a noticeably budget finish.

I have recently bought a TV stand from here and I cannot recommend highly enough! Not only is the TV stand so beautiful, it's true to the pictures and the delivery was quick! Great seller! I'm already looking at my next purchases, 100% will be recommending to everyone.

It was a particular bad smell on the card box where the product was wrapped and in the side table itself.

Really pleased with the piece I ordered. A fantastic, solid wood TV unit, MUCH nicer than anything on the high street. Has a hint of mid century style to it. I like the way that I got updated about when our piece of furniture would be delivered and that it was delivered by DHL by a great delivery driver. It arrived REALLY well packaged, so no chance of it being damaged at all plus nearly all of the packaging was recyclable.
