I ordered 2 essential hoodies. When they arrived the order was wrong. I received the wrong sizes and colours. They are not good quality. After 5 emails they eventually responded and offered me to return the items at my own expense for a full refund. Or keep the items , refund 25% with a voucher for 30% off my next purchase.
I accepted the partial refund. After lots of emails I still haven’t received the refund.
They send me a screen shot of transaction which was supposed to have been sent on 21st December !! but no explanation as to why I haven’t received the refund. They say they sent it and to check with my bank. It is very clear this is a scam.
Absolutely frustrated by the whole situation and will be more careful in future.

Hoodies arrived absolutely diabolical quality. Nothing like pictures on site. Contacted for refund, was told I could ship to China covering postage cost myself for a full refund or they would refund me 25% and give me 30% discount off my next purchase (which I was obviously never going to make).
I accepted the 25% refund this was mid December. After multiple emails back and forth the company are instant they refunded me the £8 something. No refund has ever gone into my bank. They have blamed the bank and continue to blame the bank.

If they were a decent company who provided decent customer service they would have A. Refunded in the first place or B. Refund a second time if the first refund had genuinely failed.

Scammer - poor quality clothes with even worse customer service. AVOID!

Purchase 2 jumpers for Christmas presents. When recurved they look nothing like what they are advertising on the website so I would be very careful ordering from them. To sort returns it says to email I have emailed and they took a couple of days to get back to me and they asked for a picture which I have provided and now they have not got back to me at all to sort returning them. Terrible service.

Bardzo dobry gatunek wełny, wysmakowana sztuka łączenia kolorów w zestawieniu z fantastyczną formą swetrów ozdobionych niebanalnymi dodatkami jak frędzle czy kwiaty nadają szczególny, indywiduany charakter każdemu swetrowi z kolekcji Sollisti. Miałam trudny wybór, na który kardigan się zdecydować. Wybrałam więc dwa. Dla siebie i dla córki:). Są piękne i wygodne. Jesteśmy więcej niż zadowolone.

I have been gifted a SOLLISTI cardigan which soon became my off-duty ‘go-to’ layering piece for weekends. The colour & cut is beautiful and even though it is a cardigan, the little belt accentuates my waist and make me feel smart. The merino wool is super soft and comfy, can’t be happier with the quality.
