I didn't receive all items of my order.

I had several emails telling me the remaining item was not in stock.

They eventually informed me that a refund would be issued as there would be no stock in the near future.

After contacting them to find out why I hadn't received the refund yet; they informed me I had already received my item (using the tracking information from the other items in my order which did arrive as "proof").

This is contrary to them sending emails telling me it was out of stock and hadn't been shipped.

The emails saying it was out of stock were weeks after the "received" dates on the tracking link.

So they obviously acknowledge it was never sent at all.

Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be scammed out of your money.

AVOID I totally agree with all comments made by other reviewers my email to them below , I don’t expect it to make a difference to there business model - they are online crooks

On examination of the shirts supplied I have to say the design is NOT of the same quality as depicted on the images on the Solocake Webpage , can you explain why you advertise an online item and then supply what is VERY CLEARLY an inferior product - who’s actual copyright are you ripping off ? is this really your business model to mislead, defraud and disappoint

I’m very dissatisfied and angry not about the money, but the way you think it is a legitimate way to make money - it’s very misleading and is in fact pure and simply a rip off, don’t you get it,,, people work hard for there money and you , your colleagues and company abuse that trust

No stars and no repeat order

One final point , can you direct me to where I can buy the real thing - I.e. the original designers and manufacturers as clearly they need support why you work to defraud and rip off everyone you can

Shocking I feel as if I have been take granted for. The garments are such poor quality, everything is in $$ so I thought it was arriving from America with a .com website as well so I had trust thinking it was going to be good quality, when it arrived and it was from China i was thinking what’s this, then when I tried them on my heart sank, I knew I had been taken for, upset yes but what can you do. Please do not buy.

All scams. Ridiculous, my order never came.

Took a couple months for my order to show up, from China, which is understandable. The printing on the shirts are extremely pixelated, already faded, not crisp pictures like the advertisement. One shirt that was supposed to have a detailed picture with two colours came blurry, and apparently they only have the capabilities to print with one colour. The best part was a shirt that was supposed to say "Choice not Chance" says instead "Loice not Lhance", that one is a keeper! All in all, companies should be held accountable for promoting bad companies like this garbage on their sites! I'll think twice about buying anything advertised on Pinterest!

Terrible, avoid at all cost.

Worst online experience ever! Ordered some great looking shirts but received something quite different. Customer service is poor and no way they will or try to help besides mentioning what they can't do.
According to their terms and conditions on their website you are not charged for returning, shipping costs are not to be paid twice. But when you want to return they stall everything and want you to pay again.

Using multiple names in customer service and multiple websites to avoid troubles, exhausting.

I recently put in an order for 117$ on 6/29/2020, and have not received my purchase or even an order or tracking number. I’ve been trying to reach them which the only way is through email but will not let me, They’re a complete scam. Do not purchase anything from them!

I would give no star if I could. Terrible company you will get ripped off I promise you they are part of Fannyzone.com I ordered over 5 weeks ago spent 90+ dollors and got nothing at all not even a refund. If you like trowing money out a window then go ahead order through them. Buyers beware you will get ripped off. Trying to be sure no one does again. You been warned.
