This place is a total scam I brought the puzzle table paid $71.39 USD for it on 11 July told it was at NZ Post given the tracking number and everything, have checked with NZ post and was told that the tracking number given to me was still showing for China post but had arrived in NZ if that was the case China post would have sorted it with NZ post to give it a NZ tracking number. The email correspondence that I have had with this lot is from a H Heave... go figure ... they are totally scamming big time and I am going to be shouting it from the roof!!!! Today I posted this dated 2/10/2023!!! I am so mad with these guys... Karma is coming for ya!!

I bought the DysonV8 vacuum cleaner on July 19, but I haven't received it yet. I wrote two letters, but received no reply. I hope you can give me an answer, otherwise I seriously suspect that you are engaging in false advertising to make money.

I ordered on 10 June 2023 and on 24 August 2023 the order is still "In Transit"
It's destination is 'Oakland' New Zealand, instead of 'Auckland'!
I guess sending a notification to the e-mail metioned will be of no use at all!!!
Whatever you do, don't even watch their adds.

Too cheap to be true. I should have known better

Ordered tools that were advertised on line in a game (1st mistake ) this was on the 16/7/2023. At first appeared to be legitimate (2nd mistake believing them) DO NOT BUY OFF THIS VERY FRAUDULENT SITE.

DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY OR SIMILAR. They are bogus.
I contacted my credit card company as they have purchase protection attached to the card. All card providers will operate similar time frames for claims. Mine was 60 days dispute time frame for purchase, which was by chance just on the date. Important to know, your card has to be reissued and currant card cancelled, but it is a toss up to try to get your money back, be that card providers covering it as fraudulent purchase or reverse transaction to bogus company. I've logged the vlaim to pursue the money, as $61 isn't an amount I want to write off. Hassle to reload new card details on auto payment plans like afterpay etc. But hey ho, you live and learn. Hope this review can help others who have been scammed get their money back.
If more people claim, then hopefully the card companies can shut this company down.

Ordered puzzle table. Order went in transit and that was it, no delivery no response. They delivered a dodgy watch, incomplete and useless. No reply on their service email. SCAM rip off.
Be warned!

I ordered a puzzle table and paid over $100 and received nothing. They take your money and they have a fake tracking company let you see it being shipped then two weeks into tracking it all stops and you can't get any response for emails sent. They just get sent back can't find solshinene. They are busy ripping someone else off. Don't deal with them

Regrettably, I fell for the scam too. I ordered the tool set on 5 July, 2023. Inlate July I got the novelty tool and a request that I be patient, my tool set was still on the way. Old saying - if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Maybe if Google are still taking money from this company for advertising then they are complicit in the fraud?

Don’t use this company

Total scam ordered a tool box received a 2 dollar trinket so they could keep the tracking going.blame Google advertising for allowing fraudulent companies to advertise on Google game app . No doubt google more interest in getting advertsing money out from scamers than the wellbeing of there honest customers good one google.

Scam scam scam. Been waiting for over a month for 2 x jigsaw puzzle tables. Apparently according to tracking arrived in nz over 2 weeks ago.

I never received my order of 2 sets of pots. Now I've seen these reviews I'm obviously not the only one. I ordered back in June 2023 and got a tracking number but that's it. I tried the chat box waste if time they wanted another $2 to find out where the order was. I wouldn't pay another cent. The tracking number said it was in Oakland USA I live in New Zealand

I 100% agree with what everyone else has written about this company it’s an absolute scam a warning to everyone don’t make the same mistake as I did as they say if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

I too ordered pots and pans back in June. In fact I made two orders. The first for one set then I went back & ordered two more for presents. All were confirmed & they were very quick to take my money! I received tracking information for the second order but not the first. I contacted them on two different emails I found but received no response from either.
To cut a long story short I did receive a parcel from them… Two cheap no name Chinese smart watches with no way of charging that I could see!
I’ve noticed they’re still operating a month later hocking off top range Dyson stick vacuums & expensive looking tool kits.

Along with others who have written reviews, I also purchased a pots and pans set on 16th June 2023. They were quick enough to take my money and supposedly processed my order and provided me with tracking numbers… 2 different numbers in fact. I was stupidly too quick to react to their advertisement which came up whilst playing an online game and purchased before researching this company and website. Once I realised that their offer was too good to be true and then did my research I tried to contact this company by the email they provide but they did not respond. I have sent numerous emails to them and they have ignored all of them. The tracking updates I have received have shown that my parcel was supposedly sent from China to United Arabs Emirates (UAE) yet I live in Australia. My ‘package’ (which I believe will not arrive) has been sitting in UAE for a week now with no further movement and no Australian tracking or courier apps can find the tracking numbers I was given. This company are thieves who steal your money and send you nothing and ignore your attempts at contact via email and do not provide a phone number to contact them on. I have been scammed and I will be reporting them to my bank and any other authority that I can to have them shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unlike me, think before you react so that you don’t get scammed by these thieves as well.

Ordered pots and pans back in June to come to Auatralia. Have contacted them via email on several occasions. No response. Another scam company it appears. Thanks you thieves!. Will be lodging a complaint to my bank to their fraud area. Get you shut down!.
