I was offered a 20% discount on my first order when signing my email to the website but when i tried to use the 20% code it didn't work without any explanation why i wasn't allowed to use it. This is the first time using the site but i was very disappointed.

I want to recognize Nicole at Solstice Eyewear for her outstanding customer service.
She immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I would be taken care of, regardless of the outcome of my particular situation. Her kindness, patience, and personal attention made all the difference.
We also had a genuinely enjoyable conversation about the importance of wearing proper sun-protective eyewear. I have learned that consistent UV protection can help reduce the risk of developing pterygium—commonly known as “surfer’s eye”—a raised growth that forms on the white of the eye and may extend onto the cornea. Protection remains important even on cloudy or hazy days, when UV rays are still present.
Her one-on-one service—combined with Solstice’s amazing styles, excellent selection of designer brands, and terrific prices—is exactly why I continue to shop here.
