Order yet to arrive; placed 2 weeks ago
I placed my order on Aug. 7. I have yet to receive an email informing me that my sunglasses have shipped. I checked my order status on solstice.com AND using the Shop app, and both have indicated "preparing for shipment" for 1.5 weeks.
I wrote customer service on Aug. 16, and I was informed this shipping time lag is "normal", it takes 7-10 business days to prepare an item for shipping. In this day and age, that is unacceptable unless I ordered a custom prescription sunglasses made to my specifications, which I did not.
Even if I'm satisfied with my sunglasses when I receive them, I'm not sure it's worth the silence, the wait and the $25 savings.

This is quite literally been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a product being shipped to me. I spent $1000 on your website and you ship it USPS you should be ashamed of yourselves it’s been more than a week. There’s no tracking update next time Send it pony express. Never received my shipment
Never received my shipment. Solstice put it all on me telling me to complete a police report because they were stolen. I never said they were stolen. I said that I did not receive them and they told me to contact UPS and file a complaint. UPS told me that the shipper is the person that needs to file the complaint since they sent the package. The package tracked as being delivered at 6:45 pm on August 13. We were not home at the time and when we did get home at 8 PM we had six packages sitting on our front doorstep. So assuming and telling me that the packages were stolen was irritating as they would’ve taken all of the packages and just not dug through for one item. We live in a gated community and to make an insinuation like the above was just very unprofessional. Now I have a dispute with my credit card company until they figure out where the package is. All I know is on the day that the package was delivered. It was not our regular UPS driver. Was hoping to have these sunglasses in my possession for a long over due vacation but apparently that is not happening.

According to the carrier’s tracking information, the order was marked as delivered on August 13. As part of our process for packages that are marked as delivered but cannot be located, we require a police report so that we can proceed with the appropriate investigation and claim process.

Slow company to ship one item
I know it’s stated it can take 7 days or so for the order to ship but It’s ridiculous that I’m here on day 7 (business days) and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve never had a company take so long to ship one item ever.
