Excellent service very knowledgeable staff, managed to demonstrate in detail the electric wheelchair I was to purchase. Would recommend Them to other people who are looking for mobility aids.

Fantastic interaction all through the entire process. This goes from Sue and the rest of the team thru to the engineer who delivered and explained everything. Nothing too much trouble. Oh and the chair is great!!

Fantastic service they actually listened to my requirements 3 scooter test drives later and I placed an order.
4 days later the scooter was delivered and this was including a weekend in between.
The extras I ordered turned up within 9 days ( a spare battery and a battery docking station).
Excellent knowledge both George and Sue were friendly and professional.

Their is such a good choice of powerchairs, wheelchairs,scooters and even recliners of different colours and styles and comfort levels. You can try them out in shop. Then order it. Great service. Lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. The shop is in the middle of an upgrade. It does not impede the above service.

After making an appointment myself and my wife visited Solutions Mobility of Alfreton to try out mobility scooters for her.
We were met by George, who put us at ease and explained the pros and cons of the two scooters we had chosen to see.

At no time were we put under ‘sales man’s’ pressure to buy either of the scooters, and indeed after my wife had ridden both round the shop and car park for a while George suggested that as it was a big decision to make we go away and have a chat, and then if we wished, phone him to let him know our decision.
We did so, and after lunch returned to the premises to give our decision, which was to purchase one of the scooters my wife had tried.
It was refreshing to be at a company that did not try to pressure you into buying, and we got the impression that they put the customers needs first and foremost, even if it would mean losing a sale.
In the two hours we were at the company we were treated as friends rather than customers, and can only compliment the knowledgeable and friendly staff for making our visit so worthwhile.
We highly recommend Solutions Mobility.

bought a scooter advertised as 8 mile an hour it definitly was not i paid £1,349 asked tor return and refund iwas refunded but £70 short because they said it was tested and was 8mile scooter i have been useing 8mile scooter for years, so i would notice difference i bought a brand new not used 8mile scooter recently from mobility giant for £1.429 well worth paying that little bit extra knowing it will last a lot longer

They opened up for me on a Saturday where I could try out the Ulta chair. This is a life changer, its soft but supportive and i was allowed to take as long as necessary to try it out. Its marvelous. They delivered quickly and the two young men who put it all together where a delight. I would absolutely recommend this chair and this company
