Solutions Mobility are a godsend to anyone looking to buy a wheelchair or scooter.

I have been a quadriplegic for 45 years so know my stuff when it comes to wheelchairs and what I require them to do. I use my tongue to control my wheelchair so had some specific requests which the team dealt with in a quick and professional manner.

I was looking to buy a new outdoor electric wheelchair recently and was quoted £18,000 by my local wheelchair dealer. I was looking for a wheelchair with good suspension, a range over 15 miles, a seat tilt, a seat riser and a control system with Bluetooth capabilities.

I managed to get a chair with all this from Solutions Mobility for £3365 including delivery!

Yes these are refurbished chairs but does this really matter? I can buy just over five wheelchairs from solutions mobility which are approximately one year old, for the same price as one brand-new chair!

I will never be vying a brand-new chair again!

I contacted solutions mobility to enquire about a power wheelchair after i found there website. I spoke to a kind lady called sue who was so friendly but very professional. sue explained everything I needed to know about the chair. I also spoke to a lady called karla about a delivery date who was also very professional. the price was excellent with new batteries and a 12 month warranty which is brilliant, and a new battery charger. I got a delivery date very quickly. I have just got delivery this morning, the chair was on a pallet and was very well packaged. the chair is like new and I am very happy with it. it is having a good charge to prime the batteries. I am looking forward to going out in it. it is so nice to find a honest professional company. thank you mike.

When my wheelchair broke down all the staff went above and beyond good service and had me up and running the very next day. The staff are all very friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for them. I rely on my wheelchair for my independence and it is most reassuring to have a company you can rely on. The service from this company was outstanding , so prompt and helpful . The chair is lovely , comfortable and all questions asked were explained in detail which I understood easily . The guy who brought it showed us everything we needed to know with a good demonstration , he took it apart to show us every detail . I’d definitely recommend this company .

We booked and paid for a van hire before leaving England for Florida.
The van was delivered to our Disney resort hotel on the time agreed and also collected as agreed. The vehicle was in very good condition and exactly as specified for wheel chair use. We have used this company before and would recommend it.

Great supplier, now I have discovered these I will buy all my products I need from them. Great communication, outstanding prices, wonderful condition on used wheelchairs. I use the word used lightly as a lot of them are literally 6 - 12 months old. They are serviced, given 12 months warranty and any help or advice given gladly. Great people. Prices are really good too. Can’t fault a thing. Definitely deserve 5* easy. I believe cannot be beaten.

A pleasure to do business with. Extremely helpful when I rang with questions about the power chairs; kept me updated with the delivery process; the delivery men were brilliant, explaining everything about the power chairs and even helped my husband carry one of the chairs upstairs for me. The prices are very low compared to buying a brand new power chair, even though the chairs are hardly used. I've already recommended Solutions Mobility to friends.
