Disappointing Experience – Still Waiting for a Refund Response

I purchased a personalized song as a gift for a special occasion, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The service was advertised as offering revisions until satisfaction, but I unexpectedly reached a revision limit while trying different music styles, before I could properly finalize the song.

I contacted customer support shortly after purchasing to request a full refund, and I have not downloaded the completed song.

Sophie initially responded and kindly offered additional free revisions. However, I explained that the special occasion had already passed and that I no longer wished to continue with the service.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting a refund, but I have not received a clear response regarding whether my refund will be processed.

I understand that issues can happen, but I believe customers deserve clear communication, especially when requesting a refund.

I hope the company will address my request and provide a clear resolution soon.

一開始有點懷疑，想說現在的AI這麼方便為什麼還要花個台幣2000多塊來製作一首歌感覺有點不划算
保持著好奇的態度其實真沒有想到會還不錯，而且修改及回應的態度真的是有夠快，雖然有點貴好像也還值得好吧

修改了9次還是錯誤
一直沒有改善，卻一直寄信件說這個版本已完成，根本沒有修改，也找不到真的可以解決問題的客服
