Soothey has been an absolute lifesaver for my baby’s skin. After countless itchy, sleepless nights trying different products, this was the first thing that actually made a real difference. It’s completely natural, gentle on sensitive skin, and started calming the irritation almost immediately after applying it. Within days, my baby’s skin looked healthier, smoother, and far less inflamed. Knowing I’m using something all-natural gives me real peace of mind too. I genuinely can’t recommend Soothey enough to any parent struggling with their little one’s skin issues.

DO NOT BUY! This is a scam! The farm in Buckinghamshire doesn’t exist, nor does the story! I fell for it and the tracking information for the package is showing that it’s coming from China! On looking at on Trust Pilot many people have confirmed that this is scam and that they have been sent another cheap product (containing coconut oil as the main ingredient) from China. I’ve contacted so called customer services requesting a full refund and surprise surprise - no response! Shame on you for tricking desperate parents looking for a solution for their children’s eczema! 😡😡😡

Fake product from China with coconut oil as main ingredient. Please don’t get scammed like I did. Delivery took ages (because it was coming from China not Ireland like they advertised) and they never responded to my emails chasing it but they responded straight away to this bad review!

Ordered at 1am after another bad night and didn't tell my husband cos he'd said no more creams off instagram lol. By day 5 his cheeks weren't that angry red colour anymore. 3 weeks in his face is just normal. Jar is smaller than I expected but lasts ages, you don't need much. Would 100% buy again.

Order arrived, been using it for 3 weeks now and my son's eczema has started to clear. The gut-guide was also a great addition and overall I'm very impressed.

Totally fake product. I too 1 week on and not received my item. Alarm bells rang when I didn’t get an order confirmation by email for my purchase. After checking Spotify - it gives a Yan shipping. When you click on the link the URL Can’t be found. The website is so good so easily deceiving. This will be the last time insta ads get me.

I have not received the product yet. One week on from being ordered. I have received notification though that my purchase is at an international airport, coming from China?! This is made in small batches in a kitchen in Buckinghamshire… another £28 down the drain, I wouldn’t trust to put this on my grandsons eczema. I must stop buying off Facebook Ads they all end up being cr•p from China.

Fake product, not manufactured in the UK. Sent from China. Confirmed with legitimate owner of the UK farm they reference.

Please note the reviewers that have provided positive reviews, typically have only give one review, and trustpilot gives all vendors three, 3.5 star reviews when they set up, which has skewed the score to look more positive.
