I can recommend SoPro as a lead generator tool. The onboarding was made very simple (as long as you know your target market and have plenty of literature about your services) - the quality of the emails generated is extremely good and recipients believe they are getting personal emails (not automatically generated). The system actually does what it is meant to do (eg reads response emails and unsubscribes people automatically). We have had a large number of responses and many appointments/opportunities to quotes/conversions from using SoPro. The account management is super reactive and on-point, I can't fault it, with review meetings every 2 weeks. They also collaborate with our SEO/web company to maximise opportunities from website visits / remarketing. By far the best email marketing tool I've used as you don't need to worry about using the correct contents and subject lines (they have tried and tested formulas) and they ensure the technical back-end is not detrimental to your domain. Perfect for busy marketing managers who have a sales team able to follow-up on the responses.

I used Sopro for around 3-4 months and had the pleasure of working with Charlotte and Sasho.

Not great at all in fact one of the worse ROIs I have from any lead generation tool. We have been using SoPro since the end of last year and tried to give it as much time as possible. Cost over £15k and will be over £18k by the end and currently had 10 enquiries. Volume is very low 1 or 2 leads a month and none have converted which maybe not there fault but certainly the overall volume is just to low. There has been a good lead through the chat but not enough through the email/linkedin marketing which is what we paid nearly £3k per month to deliver enquiries.
I would seriously consider the high expense for the campaigns on such a low volume of outreach leads.
They gave an extra 1000 credits last month but this has not worked. I finally gave termination this week and not even had a response to this to say sorry or this is the next step. Very very poor
