Beautiful plants and great customer service x

Nine metres of Soto borders arrived , mixture of ‘Green’ and ‘Classic’.
Everything very carefully boxed (23 boxes taking up two delivery vans) -all plants in excellent heathy condition and look great planted out.

Quality plant delivered on the day requested plus very helpful information given to the recipient on how to care for the tree. She was delighted!

I LOVE that Soto takes the hard work out of designing planting schemes. As a novice gardener I’ve been spending hours researching plants and trying to plan my garden. But Soto made it so quick and easy to find a scheme that works, aesthetically and for my garden aspect. I also love that everything on the website is curated, so plants will complement each other well in your garden without guesswork. The delivery service was great and everything arrived in really good condition. I’m only giving 4 stars because I didn’t get an estimated delivery date when I ordered - but I contacted customer service and they told me when to expect delivery. I also mentioned this in feedback and Soto say they are implementing a delivery booking system, so this should be a lot smoother in future. Overall very impressed and satisfied - a great company I will becoming back to!

Absolutely fabulous company and plants. I was a difficult customer as I wanted to order the Soto White but have a little pink added. I also needed a little help as the new bed was going to be directly outside an annexe that we've created for my octogenarian mother who still needed to be able to see the rest of the garden and garden birds. The team were all wonderfully helpful.

When the plants arrived they were packed really well. They were all super healthy and established enough to look good when initially planted.

Great plants - all arrived on time and in excellent condition. All are thriving. Can’t wait to see how it all looks when they start to flower but so far, very impressed. As a non-gardener - this concept is a dream, someone else telling me what to plant and where. Great value as in the past I have spent £100’s in garden centres with no idea what I was buying except for liking the colours! Now I have a planned bed and am thrilled.
