I found a seious issue with a brand new ZoomL6 LiveTrak audio mixer and reported this to this company detailing exactly the problem. As they are the appointed Service Agent for zoom products I thought it sensible that they know about this fault. I had minimal response with the exception of a very condescending email assuming that I did not know what I was talking about. After spending further time with more detail, no one had the courtesy to send me a follow up contact. This is not a good look for a service company which is customer facing!
