Sound Travel & Bundl Avis 

Had a great experience being able to book tickets and have accommodation secured all in one go. Was super easy to purchase an extra night, so all we had to arrange was flights! Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne and it was fantastic, conveniently located, and so nice. The buffet was AMAZING.
My only tip for future is to GET TRAVEL INSURANCE. We had a cancelled Jetstar flight that meant one of our (extra) booked nights at the hotel was wasted and couldn't get any kind of compensation. These things happen , it just hurts on the money end of things as these places aren't cheap.
Our tickets were really good also. I feel like our A Reserve tickets weren't quite A Reserve, but we were beyond happy to get any tickets!! This is probably more of a Ticketek issue, and just don't set your expectations too high!

We booked a hotel package through Ticketek for the Sydney leg of the eras tour. The hotel was great and very conveniently located. I did try to book an extra night once I received the email but sadly the hotel was booked. There was a lot going on in Sydney with other concerts, so it wasn’t to be.
The bed configuration I had requested via the email received from sound travel wasn’t actioned but it was no big deal. The whole process was very stress free. Would happily book another hotel package again!

Great experience booking our hotel and tickets for Taylor Swift. They organised everything behind the scenes for us and kept us updated the whole way.

Overall the hotel and tickets combo was great…

However the hotel we stayed at was not that great. We showed up after Check In time by 45mins to be told our rooms were not ready. They then moved us into 1 room (4 of us) and said it would be another 10mins until the second room was available. 1.5hrs later and me chasing them up for the second room. Had to enquire about the free drink on arrival and the buffet breakfast (was included) the next day wasn’t great.

When the hotel asked for feedback, gave it to them and just got the standard during peak times this happens.

Sorry but you had a good 6+ months to plan for that weekend and you FAILED!

The Eras tour experience was awesome booking a hotel package was the best option!!

Hotel Package was a great option since the hotel provided with everything that we need. The room was surprisingly spacious and decent enough too. Plus the breakfast buffet!

Had an amazing weekend and banked lifelong memories at the Melbourne Leg of the Eras Tour. Five star accommodation the Sofitel on Collins, a short walk (through beautiful parklands) to the MCG. Perfect for us and our tweens and so impressed with how easy it was to purchase, along with extra nights. All we had to arrange was flights! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Secured the BEST A reserve seats to Tay-Tay, directly behind the VIP seats ($1500). Once we got through to ticketek it was easy to book, once booked there was the right amount of communication in the lead up to the concert without spamming. Will book through sound travel again!

Hotel package to Eras Tour was great.. Pullman Hotel was walking distance to MCG which was a fantastic bonus! Only feedback I would give is showing seat numbers available together in the different reserve grades so you don’t waste time going through each group when only single seats are available. I ran out of time the first time I got through because I couldn’t find 3 seats together! Luckily I got through a second time so went straight for hotel packages instead.

Soundtravel communication was ok but we struggled with the time zone difference with time sensitive issues! We booked extra nights as soon as they were av but it was a few weeks later that we were notified that the extra nights had only been booked on one of our 2 rooms not both! It was a hectic back and forward before getting it sorted!

Four Points by Sheraton Sydney couldn’t have been more accomodating considering they were fully booked. Drinks on arrival while you wait to check in and tried to get you into a room asap even though we were early. Rooms were modern enough and staff were helpful and friendly even being extremely busy with all the Swifties. Breakfast was a pretty decent buffet, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. For us it was a great experience for Taylor Swift.

Our only gripe was paying so much to for seat to have everyone stand up in front which meant we had to stand and even then couldn’t see much. There was only one extra screen which was behind us so had to turn to see it. We enjoyed the music, singing and atmosphere but was disappointed we didn’t get to actually see the performance

Booking our eras package with sound travel turned out to be a great experience. Other than the great war of navigating the ticketek system (was online for hours upon hours over multiple days) once I secured 2 x Eras hotel tickets, the process was smooth and efficient. Our seats were amazing!!!! We were approx 8 rows back from the stage and speaking with the people next to us, it appears that sound travel had multiple tickets within that section that were absolutely amazing! The hotel at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park was beautiful and such a central location to be able to access shops and public transport etc. I would definitely use sound travel again as it made the while experience stress free as we didn't have to worry about accommodation last minute or an airbnb being cancelled on us.

We used Sound Travel for a Taylor Swift Eras Tour package. They were wonderful to deal with. Kept us up to date with all the information via email and we had a great time.
No issues at all, i would recommend using them!

Experience was great, but I was unsure if I really had a reservation. Rang the hotel to confirm and they didn't know so was so relieved when I got there to find I actually did have accommodation. Information to the buyer was very lacking.

A great decision to go with Sound Travel package. At first I did it so that I could not miss out on tickets. Turned out the be the best decision. No more accommodation search needed.

The hotel staff did a great service. The room was ready before check in time. No congestion at all with all the swifties there early. Beautiful breakfast in the morning that followed a spectacular concert.

Very easy to book the tickets and accomodation. Customer service was great at communication on information would definitely use them again in the future.

Had the best time, everything went so smoothly and all those people were very well managed. All lines were minimal and it was very easy to move around
