Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.
From the beginning and viewing the Pods at the showroom all the way through to the delivery and installation all staff were considerate and polite. The pod itself is great, it is smart, modern, eco friendly and very well designed. I could not be happier.

When it was suggested that we purchase a couple of office pods, I thought do we really need them. Since they've been installed everyone wants to use them, they are light, airy and most of all soundproof so your meetings, conversations are not heard by anyone standing ner the pods. Most of all they look good 😊

They alleged harassment, presuming I aimed to impede their sales in the United States. Subsequently, they blocked my number following instructions to contact them again.

Excellent service, bought 2, 2-4 person meeting pods for the office, excellent customer service, quick to respond to queries and the engineers who built the pods were brilliant, very friendly, efficient and tidy! I've had lots of feedback from users of the pods to say how good they are.

The supply and installation of the phone booths went well as planned. There was a broken handle issue but Christine Ibbott from the Client advisor team was very helpful and made sure to follow through to the delivery and installation of the new replacement handle which is now successfully completed. I would recommend Sound Box to all.

Excellent experience from start to finish, love the Folio Phone Booths. Great value for money and a brilliant addition to our office space.

What it made my experience unforgettable was the logistic. The delivery was impeccable! Sam managed to have the cabins delivery ON TIME, for the day and time we needed them in order to be installed. There are aspects to improve regarding customer service but the logistic and most certainly, the quality of the Folio Phone booths deserve 5 stars. Our team is absolutely satisfied and we highly recommend them. Thank you!

We have had 2 pods installed by Sound Box so far, a 4 person and solo. They both look great and have already proven to be very popular in the office. Very happy with the quality.

Nuestras instalaciones están dotadas de muchos espacios diáfanos y abiertos. Queríamos montar despachos o mini salas de reuniones pero alguien nos habló de estas cabinas y la verdad es que ha sido un acierto. Cogimos una de dos personas por ver un poco qué tal y ya hemos encargado 2 de 4 que son las que más encajan con nuestro estilo y modelo de empresa. Queda moderno, son más funcionales de lo que pensábamos y cada vez que viene alguien recibimos algún comentario o pregunta al respecto. Top, top!

We contracted Sound Box twice now for 3 installations of the Solo Premium, these pods are fantastic quality, currently used as Zoom Rooms, excellent value for money compared to more expensive .. less attentive competitors. Lead time was short, installation faultless.
