Really speedy deliveries, big or small

I was given a gift of a 5 string banjo ( purchased at Sound Shop) recently)
I purchased a case and tuner there but unfortunately had difficulty tuning same.
I took it to Sound Shop and asked amber of staff to tune it but was met with negative comments and no tuning. I believe tuning by experienced staff inusic store should take less than minutes and identify the problem I had. I immediately left the store and took both to music store in Blackrock, Dundalk
Staff there took about 3 m8nutes to tune and identified problem....? Faulty tuner
I then purchased new tuner from them...would never Shop in Sound Shop again

I haven’t left a review in years, but this one’s well deserved — SoundShop.ie, and Adam in particular, were absolutely top class.

One of my brand-new RCF NXL 14-A speakers packed it in after very little use. I figured this would be a pain to sort, like most warranty issues usually are, but I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Adam came back to me quickly, couldn’t have been easier to deal with, and handled everything from start to finish. He got in touch with RCF directly, kept me fully in the loop, and within days had arranged a replacement amp under warranty.

There was no messing, no vague replies, just straight-up communication and a real effort to get it sorted. They even offered to collect the speaker if needed. I’ve dealt with plenty of audio shops over the years, and honestly, this was in a different league.

Genuinely couldn’t have asked for better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this.

I placed the order in the evening around 5 or 6pm, my parcel arrived the next morning at 8:30am,excellent.

Ordered my items at 7am Wednesday, arrived 8am Thursday. Amazing service. Will shop again.

Bought an LX-5 Digital Piano. Had a slight problem. They were extremely helpful and resolved everything very quickly. Fast email responses and easy to deal with

order a music book for my daughters violin exam on 4th April, got an email to say on hold till receive payment, The payment was made by credit card on same date. Now the 14th April and nothing. Emailed to enquire when I would get delivery. Music exam on 29th April and no book, Very uphappy

I was looking to buy a new electro acoustic guitar and the selection here was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I was offered loads of guitars to play both acoustically & through an amp. Their advice both personally and professionally was very useful in selecting a guitar that I liked. Needless to say I bought a guitar and am very pleased with the purchase. Well recommended!

I had another excellent experience at The Sound Shop in Drogheda. I believe the employee's name was Eugene, and I must say, he is incredibly skilled at playing the electric guitar – perhaps the best I’ve ever seen. Eugene went above and beyond by taking the time to find a guitar similar to my own, setting me up with an amp, and allowing me to try out various pedals.

His knowledge, patience, and willingness to share insights were truly remarkable. Not only did I leave with a better understanding of what I was looking for, but I also gained valuable advice for when I decide to upgrade my gear in the future.

Eugene’s expertise and dedication to customer service made this an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

The help and speed of delivery from this company was outstanding. I ordered a large product Christmas week and, as promised it arrived 2 days later.
I've would suggest, however, that when ordering, you emphasise strongly where you want your parcel put if you're out when delivered, as the delivery company left my package propped outside my front door, visible to all who passed. This not only risked the package being stolen, but advertised that we weren't home, which, during the week that it was, put our home at risk of being burgled also....

I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Delighted with my new whistle, price was lower than other sites I looked at, ordering was easy, communication was excellent and it was delivered within two days.

I am trying to buy less stuff from Amazon, so decided to shop here in Ireland if I could. The same day I made my purchases with Soundshop I ordered some specialist strings ( not available here) from a shop in Germany. That order arrived two days ago! I am still waiting for my order from Soundshop, I emailed them to confirm if my order was despatched and am still waiting for a reply. Have no doubt it will arrive eventually but if you want stuff in a hurry, you will be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience today in the Sound Shop. John fixed my daughter’s cello, quickly and efficiently. Such a helpful member of staff.

Amazing Service Received. Placed order for guitar strap on Sunday night Oct 13th when at the Wolfetones Concert in 3Arena, Dublin, & received today Tuesday Oct 15th !!
