I ordered 2 bistro Tables back on…

I ordered 2 bistro Tables back on 4/13/22 it is 6/7/22. I have emailed, called a few times and no one has replied or answered my calls. I called today and the number i had for contact is not in service. WOW!!! If you are still around please do right by your customers and either finish the sell or refund us. Just in case i miraculously get a reply my order number is 1421179.

Hi are you still in business. I had an order last October that was never received and I’ve been attempting to contact every way possible. I even call Splitit who I used for payment and they said they couldn’t help because they couldn’t reach you

For the last 3 days I have tried to…

For the last 3 days I have tried to find out why my order has not even been "fulfilled" I have tried online chat several times, no response except "sorry we missed you" Called and after a long wait I got an instruction to leave message which I did, no response. I have emailed 3 times, no response. Money was taken out of my account days ago. Next step BBB and my bank!

Hi Ko, First and foremost, thank you for your feedback! We're always looking to improve and your review has provided powerful insight to a process that needs work. It appears you selected our financing option at checkout. This option lets our customers confirm their order, putting the products selected on a 72 hour hold, giving them time to then apply for the amazing 180 days same as cash financing we offer. However, it does not charge you, or impose any obligation when submiting an order this way. Until a customer completes the application and is approved, there is no obligation to pay. Even then, customers have 45 days to enjoy (or return) their purchase before their first payment is due! :) If the application is not completed, the order is simply cancelled after the 72 hour period. We apologize for the inconvience and will try to make this more clear for customers moving forward!

Customer service remedied a tough first impression

This rating is largely for the responsiveness of Home2Source's customer service moreso than the product I purchased. I purchased a natural wood sideboard thinking that the natural wood would make it sturdier than particle board. Unfortunately, the company does not connect all its wood pieces with screws but rather glue? Consequently, the pieces were considerably misaligned and the product is not nearly as sturdy as I would expect for the price.

However, when I reached out to Customer Service, they were very apologetic and responsive. I feel like we came to a fair resolution and genuinely believe that they are committed to the value of their products.

I will be a repeat customer, despite an initial questionable experience. Bad products can come from any site, but how a company's customer service responds speaks more to its value than one product. Home2Source proved itself worthy of a second chance.

Very bad

Very bad, I have not received my 6 drawer dresser could not get thru to anyone now closed till Monday I need my money back that I put down or the six drawer dresser I was shown in picture.
