South Wales Computers are always at the end of the phone and available to help whenever we need them. However small the query. I cannot recommend them enough :)

South Wales Computers were a huge help with our WordPress website. They quickly advised on the issues we were having and gave us helpful advice to fix the problem . Friendly, fast, and professional—highly recommended!

We've been using South Wales Computers since 2016 at FCE (Wales) Ltd, and the service has been consistently excellent. Dave in particular has been outstanding — he's always available, incredibly responsive (often replying instantly), and handles all our IT issues efficiently and professionally.

It's a real comfort knowing we have someone as dependable and knowledgeable as Dave looking after our systems. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and his support has been invaluable to our business over the years.

My laptop wifi stopped working just a few weeks over its 12 month guarantee period.
I telephoned South Wales Computers and spoke to David, who asked whether my other devices were receiving wifi, and only when I confirmed that, did he accept the job and explain his fees.
I dropped in the machine, and one working day later he advised that the wifi card needed replacing. I asked whether he could do another job while the machine was with him, i.e., to change the internal hard drive to a higher capacity. Before proceeding, he questioned whether I really needed it, and agreed that the size of my Onedrive folders warranted a much larger drive. He ordered and fitted the new parts, moved all the files from my old internal drive, and a removable hard drive I'd been managing with, to the new internal drive, and linked them to my Onedrive account.
I'm very pleased with the results, the way he always seemed to consider what was best for me, and the final bill, which was less than I had been expecting.
I would have no hesitation in using the company again.

SW Computers have been our IT contractor for years and their service is always prompt and polite. Dave is always very professional and patient in explaining things and helping out with problems.
