South West Wills & Estate Planning provides professional, friendly and reliable will writing and estate planning services for individuals and families across Cornwall and the wider South West. The aim is to help clients put clear and practical arrangements in place, giving them confidence and peace of mind about the future. Services include Will writing, Mirror Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (Health & Welfare and Property & Financial Affairs), estate planning guidance, and support with updating existing documents. Each service is delivered in a clear and straightforward way, without unnecessary jargon, ensuring clients fully understand their options and feel comfortable with the decisions they are making. Appointments are available both in person and online. Home visits are offered for clients who prefer face-to-face support, while secure online consultations provide flexibility for those further afield or with busy schedules. Every client receives a personal service, with care taken to ensure their individual circumstances and wishes are properly understood. South West Wills & Estate Planning is run by Clare Monson, a qualified member of the Society of Will Writers. Clare is fully insured for all services provided and works in line with professional standards and best practice. The focus is always on providing a calm, supportive and professional service, helping clients feel reassured that their affairs are being handled properly and with care. The goal is to make planning for the future as simple and stress-free as possible, helping clients protect what matters most and ensure their wishes are clearly recorded.

Excellent service.

I'm so glad we chose South West Wills and Estate Planning to write our wills and an L.P.A.
Clare explained the process clearly. She was very professional and nothing was too much trouble.
What could have been a difficult task, especially the application for the L.P.A. was made simple and straightforward and I am more than happy to recommend Clare.

The service we received from South West…

The service we received from South West Wills & Estate planning was very professional, Clare came out to our home and guided through making our wills, she had our draft copies back to us within the week. I would definitely recommend them.23

Excellent Service

After deliberating for years over whether I should write a Will, I finally contacted Clare. I was concerned that because I didn’t have much to leave my children, I would look a bit silly and wondered if a Will was necessary, but Clare put me completely at ease and went through the whole process with me … with a lot of patience and good advice. I found Clare to be very approachable and quick to reply to my questions. Would highly recommend 😊

An amazingly painless & stress free…

An amazingly painless & stress free service from Clare. We knew we needed to have Wills & LPAs in place but put it off as felt intimidated going to a solicitors office. Clare came to our house & was so friendly & explained everything clearly, it turned what could be a sombre process into quite an enjoyable task. Clare is very professional, friendly & down to earth.
