I ordered a water feature for my patio. Southwood were offering this at the best price I could find online and with free delivery. The item was sent out immediately and I received it within two days of ordering which is excellent service. Great communication throughout. This was my first time using this company. I found the product (a solar bird bath) online at a very reasonable price from Southwood Garden Centre so ordered it. It arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. No hesitation in recommending Southwood. Will use again.

From the start this was very easy, unfortunately when delivered the courier had damaged my bbq, I was offered a replacement immediately! Southwood could not be more helpful, rember old fashioned customer service? Southwood have it in spades, I canot praise them enough. 10 stars!
