When I received the jacket I ordered it looked nothing like the Web site picture and certainly not anything I would want to wear . The only refund that I was offered was 25% of the original cost or pay expensive postage to return the item. I would not order from this company again.

Das Produkt funktioniert nicht. Ein Silberlöffel lässt sich auch, wenn man FormRing auf einem Brett befestigt nicht biegen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht und hatte das Produkt gerne zurückgeschickt, der Aufwand aber ... Versand nach China und die anfallende Versandgebühr sind mir zu hoch. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, das Produkt FormRing von Sovora NICHT zu kaufen!!!

Die bestellte Ware aus China war wochenlang unterwegs. Die Qualität entsprach nicht unserem Standard. Das Produktfoto war wohl bildbearbeitet und war mit der gelieferten Ware nicht vergleichbar.
Die Rücksendung sollte selbst bezahlt werden - sie käme nochmals teurer, als die Ware Wert hat.
Empfehlung: Finger weg, bei Rücksendung und Rückzahlung nur Ärger.

27TH NOVEMBER 2025 I WENT ONTO THIS WEBSITE AND WAS CONNED AND SCAMMED INTO BUYING 3 JACKETS, £191.00 I IMMEDIATLEY TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER, BY PHONE, AND EMAIL. BUT THE REPLY WAS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. (AFTER 4 MINUTES) TODAY AT 11.55PM I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM (LOOKS LIKE AI) TELLING ME MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I DREAD TO THINK WHAT SORT OF JACKETS ARE BEING SENT TO ME!!! AND WHAT ADDRESS I RETURN THESE TO - AS THE SHIPMENT IS COMING FROM CHINA !!!!!!

They are trying their best to avoid returning the money. It has been 3 months and endless emails, courier checks, etc. . They still have not returned the money for a package I never even opened or accepted from the delivery courier.

Poor suction, dumps about 90% of the dust etc when turn off

Horrific. Tried to return after 10 hours and after 5 weeks of ridiculous emails and saying they haven’t got the video I’ve submitted a claim through gov.uk. After reading reviews I will also contact my bank. Is everyone there called Cindy ???? Googled them on companies house they’ve only been registered since aug 2024 so act quickly when they refuse the refund.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered the cordless vacuum and find it is top heavy and too heavy for my arms. It is heavier than the Dyson cordless I have yet it is advertised as being light weight???
I emailed them as I wanted to return it but they will not give me a return address. They keep sending the same emails telling me there is nothing wrong with the product and that I will have to return it to China. I have now sent 20 emails and photos and keep getting rubbish emails back from them, not convinced there is a human being at the other end. They just will not give me a return address. I have been emailing now for almost 2 months!! Extremely frustrating!! Do not have anything to do with this company, there is no customer service at all!

Not a legitimate company.
I emailed the company and cancelled the order half an hour after placing it (having checked the reviews on Trustpilot - should have done that first!). The payment was still pending in my account but they took it anyway. I received a reply two days later to say the product was now dispatched so they couldn't cancel the order. They said once they receive the item back they will immediately cancel the order and refund me minus shipping costs. They were very elusive about providing a return address. I refused delivery so couriers had to return. Managed to track item back to original destination and contacted them to ask for confirmation of my refund. I did this three times but they had stopped responding to me.
I've raised a dispute with my bank.
It's interesting that there is suddenly an influx of 5 star reviews on here and all from first time contributors. Don't believe any of them to be genuine.

These bandits are showing a Trustpilot score of 4.5 stars on their website thereby misleading everyone. Do not buy from them.

The last post on this at Trustpilot as Brandon Klinger does not exist. He is fake just as the company which hides its real identity. Same with the "expert" sites promoting the product

How is this company allowed to practise, massive scam , a hoover for £179.99 that isn’t fit for purpose, only wish my wife had read reviews before purchasing!

Useless vacuum that gets blocked after 5 minutes. Dust sticks to the cyclone. Asked for return and refund after 1 day. They denied all.
So i contacted my credit card company to recover the transaction.
ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED, CONTACT YOUR BANK TO RECOVER YOUR PAYMENT onyour credit card, most banks will raise a dispute.
The company has been bargaining for weeks, asking me to delete the dispute with the bank for a 20% refund...delete for a 30% refund etc etc. They will not reply with a return address and keep spamming me with 2/3 mails daily asking the same questions I already answered. RAISE A DISPUTE with your bank

Big scam not fit for purpose no refund

This is a fake website DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I’ve been scammed out of £179.99. Reviews were fantastic for a cordless vacuum so bought for my daughter for her new house as a gift which was 3 weeks ago, emailed them and nothing so did some research online and it’s proven to be a big fat scam. Gutted

Absolute waste of money not powerful & they respond asking for a video but still no return address - has anyone had any luck with getting a return address? Avoid at all costs

My Sister-in-Law just purchased the Sovora vacuum cleaner and the noise it makes is horrendous. It's a loud and high pitched tone which seems to emanate from the motor(s). She has e-mailed Sovora with a video clip, but looking at other reviews it seems that any response is unlikely.
The claim of active noise reduction seems to be false.
