Sowears are a rip off with pathetic sewing and worn out clothes particularly at saima mall outlet. The staff is only there to loot people.

I have ordered twice from their website and both times the products arrived very quickly to UK. The quality is amazing & the stitching is flawless. Materials like chiffon & pure cotton is used , unlike other brands who uses polyester and cheap materials. The size guide is different on each product due to patterns & materials used but it is very helpful. During first order one of their dress was out of stock so customer service messaged me instantly and asked I wanted any other item. Issue was resolved quickly . I wouldn’t bother returning products as their are based in Pakistan - it’s quite clear in their T&Cs . I have recommended this website to many friends plus received compliments for my dresses. Love them!

I had a really disappointing experience with this site. The quality of the items was extremely poor — nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the returns and exchange process is a nightmare. Not only are you responsible for covering the return shipping, but I was also hit with nearly £170 in customs charges, which is almost the same as what I paid for the order itself.

There’s no clear warning about these extra fees during checkout, which feels misleading. Overall, the hassle, hidden costs, and poor product quality make it absolutely not worth it. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping here.

Not sure how they are able to make profit if they are actually paying customers charges for international orders - something doesn’t seem right here.

Misleading Website – Avoid

The website is highly misleading. They advertise a “hassle-free refund” policy, but in reality, they only offer refunds for faulty items – not for returns or if you simply change your mind. This is not made clear unless you dig into the small print.

They also charge high delivery fees, and claim to offer “24/7 Customer Care”, which is absolutely not the case – customer service is slow, unresponsive, or nonexistent.

It’s clear the site is designed to entice customers with attractive wording, but if you miss the hidden terms, you’ll likely be left out of pocket. For this reason, I chose not to order.

Be careful – read everything thoroughly before you commit.

Had a great experience. The dress I ordered was exactly how it looked on the website and fit mostly great (I have a fat neck, so the high neck button-up style is NOT my friend lol). The quality of the dress is great. I feel like an outlier since others have had the complete opposite experience as me, but I’d definitely buy again.

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I purchased three dresses based on the store's size guide; however, the sleeves were unfortunately too short. Due to religious reasons, I am unable to wear clothing that exposes the skin, making the dresses unwearable for me.

The store repeatedly asked for photos showing the sleeve measurements, which I provided clearly each time using a measuring tape. Despite this, they continued to claim the measurements were incorrect and insisted I measure them in a specific way — exactly as I had already done.

The entire process was unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating, with the store making it increasingly difficult to resolve the issue. To date, they have neither issued a refund nor provided any meaningful assistance.

There is so much to be disappointed by but for starters:

1. I was put off when I saw the parcel because the declared value for customs was less than half the original value. This is blatant tax fraud and I am really taken aback by it.

2. These guys do a lot of influencer collaborations which makes me question the integrity of the so-called influencers too. Come to think of it, most of these people have zero talents or credentials and have gotten popular on the internet for sharing selfies.

3. I ordered two dresses. The Small size was smaller than a regular XS and doesn't fit me. Shame because it looks good.

4. The other one that I ordered in Medium, fits well but has terrible finishing and is made out of the cheapest possible georgette. The strings are sown with terrible finishing. It also has a weird shape around the bust and looks like maternity clothing.

5. Now coming to returns. They charge a hefty delivery charge but require the customer to pay for the delivery charge in case of return or even EXCHANGE. This is preposterous. I see hundreds of South Asian brands doing so well because they know how to conduct business, and do not scam the international customer like this.

Utterly disappointed.

I purchased a white a dress from here during valentines day with 20% off. I received the dress but it didnot fit properly.
I had read the return policy before purchasing to make sure I could return it because the website overall is quite expensive. It was clearly written that I could just return it.

But when I received the dress it didnt fit properly. I sent an email to return the dress but they replied they cannot return it and then just closed the ticket before my response. This is not how the ticketing system works.

This is the most patheic customer service I have seen and with the misleading return policy they are simply committing fraud. They have prewritten replies and unable to solve actual problems.
Considering the prices, I expected the policies and customer service to be better.

Ths was my first purchase with sowears and I will not be buying anything from here again. Its juts an overpriced fraudalent company. There material is not even that great. I am sure I can get better dresses from somewhere else.

The dress stitching is of poor quality and unattractive, lacking shape, with one dress having a small hole. It seems that there is no concept of quality control within the brand.

I brought two dresses of the website that were not like the pictures: the buttons were yellowing and the hook of the dress was so poor that it did not hold the dress together. Also there is blue discolouration on the inside of the dress. I tried to return the poor quality dresses but they do not accept returns for their damaged and poor quality items. I tried contacting customer services, but they were of no help. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company due to the above reason. Please avoid.
