I ordered at the end of November and was hoping my order would be delivered within 2 weeks. Unfortunately UPS lost my package (NOT SOXOS fault) and it was not delivered. I reached out to Eugene and he was very open with communicating about options and they ultimately remade my order and shipped it out as soon as they could. Eugene kept me in the loop the whole time and even sent me photo updates of the order being made. I really appreciate the open communication and the prompt resolution!

Eugene at SOXOS Canada provided prompt replies to our questions, clear guidance on how to fulfill the best order for our needs, and overall was patient and helpful in the custom ordering process. I called them first to confirm if I would get my order in time for Christmas and they made sure the entire process went smoothly and followed up with me every step of the way. The socks came out great, my sister recognized her cat's face immediately. Great quality. I like that you can make suggestions to the artist if you want the mock-up changed, but I was happy with the work they did right away.

Delivery got disrupted by the postal strike, and FleetOptics lost the order for weeks without explanation. Even though the situation was out of SOXOS' control, they still gave me a refund for the shipping fees! Considering I paid extra to avoid using Canada Post this year, I was very pleased. Their customer relations are amazing and I would definitely recommend them even after the delay.

Every Christmas I give my husband socks with our daughters' face on them. It's the perfect gift! The socks are great quality and the pictures of the faces on them look perfect and hold up very well in the wash. Highly recommend!

I was in need of some custom socks to gift my clinician on behalf of myself and my colleagues at the end of our rotation with him. We needed the order rushed and my experience with Soxos was amazing! They were very accomodating throughout the whole process. We needed 8 faces on the socks and they made the process easy to do (their site lists max of 4). They were quick to respond, design and create the product. The quality of the product was excellent! The socks were high quality as was the print. They had it ready for me sooner than I expected- I had approved of the design in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. The whole process only took a few days. I wasn't expecting to receive them so quickly and was very pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Highly recommend!
