The service has always been very professional and quick.
They always answer any of my queries very quickly and advise me on any Lettings related matters if the need be.

I have used many Letting Agents and Edward provides the best overall service.

Rest assured that as a full time landlord you cannot or will-not get a better overall standard of service than from Space.

The Letting and management fees are competitive as well.

Just try them once and you will not regret it.

I took on Edward from Space to manage my flat and deal with my really difficult tenants that were found by another agent.
He has been brilliant and always professional; that not only do I enjoy doing business with him, my Tenants like him too. Was seriously contemplating selling my rental properties from all the stress but after he was recommended by a fellow Landlord; he’s like a G-d send and I’m happy to be a Landlord again.
Everything was clear and straightforward so I always knew where I stand, and he seems so genuine which is so different from all your other agents...it’s very refreshing!

I have had the opportunity to deal with Eddy in selling our apartment. Since the first meeting at our property I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge of the market and setting reasonable expectations. The impressive aspect is that this then followed through (which is rare) the entire sales process where he assisted me step by step with proactive follow ups with buyers, always maintaining a very good balance between negotiating and advising when it was time to stop. He always acted in our best interest albeit knowing that it is a buyers market and at the end we reached an acceptable conclusion.
I thoroughly reccommend Eddy and would work with him should the opportunity arise.
