For cancellations, please note that our system automatically charges the default payment method a few days before the due date to ensure uninterrupted service, which is a standard practice in the hosting industry. To avoid unwanted charges, cancellations must be requested at least 10 days before the due date. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions: “Automatic payments made for hosting services or other digital content at Space Hosting are non-refundable. Clients must request cancellation of services at least 10 days before the expiration date to avoid automatic renewal. These conditions are in line with the Directive on Consumer Rights.”
