SCAMMERS. STOPPED REPLYING AFTER ASKING ABOUT CHECK IN PROCEDURE. STOLE €10,200 AND WAS LEFT SLEEPING ON THE BEACH IN TENERIFE.

Wir wollten ein Haus für unseren Urlaub auf Fuerteventura buchen. Anfrage geschickt, am nächsten Tag wurde die Verfügbarkeit der Immobilie bestätigt. In der Bestätigungsmail wurden auch Optionen für die Bezahlung beschrieben, alles nur per Überweisung (!!!). Bei der Überweisung des Gesamtbetrags wurde sogar 15% Nachlass versprochen.
Da es mir etwas unseriös erschien, startete ich meine Recherche. Es hat sich ergeben, dass die Villa, die ich buchen wollte, auf einer anderen Website angeboten wird, x2 so teuer ist und zu den angefragten Daten bereits vermietet ist.
Ich habe Viatges Extra Tours mit diesem Sachverhalt konfrontiert, keine Reaktion. 100% Betrug!!!!

Scam do not use these people. They copy villas from other booking sites and reviews, take fake bookings so when people turn up villa is there but no booking has been made.

SCAM COMPANY !!!!!
Stole our money for a booking on a villa in Cala de mijas in Spain , when we were due to fly out there was no correspondence on how to gain entrance after numerous emails & phone calls ( try the number no one will answer) turned up at the villa to be told our booking doesn’t exist.
Do not book anything with them and beware of them asking for bank transfers ( luckily our transfer never worked ) we paid with credit card and luckily got our money back .

Took our money & no contact. This company took our money for a booking & then failed to provide any details for entry. More than 12 calls the day before & the day of arrival were made & none were replied too. We arrived at the booking in Spain to be advised that the villa was not for rent & whilst all the photo's advertised were of the actual villa, it was not for rent & they had no affiliation with this company

Scam company. DO NOT USE. We have paid for a villa for next week and they will not return emails or answer calls AIB e full payment was made. Scam scam scam

Booked a villa with this company & we were scammed! They took our money & then we didn't hear from them despite numerous calls & emails.
Arrived at the villa in Spain to be advised the villa whilst existed was not for rent & had no affiliation with the company.
DO NOT BOOK!

I've used other sites before but this was the easiest by far. Found a great place in Costa Brava Booked it securely, and everything was confirmed quickly.
No hidden surprises, just a brilliant holiday.
Would definitely use them again.

Honestly speaking, organizing a holiday for 10 people is usually stressful, but Viatges Extra Tours made it a breeze. We found a huge, beautiful villa in Mallorca that had room for everyone. The booking was simple and the team confirmed everything clearly. The villa itself was immaculate, the pool was clean, and the location was perfect for both relaxing and exploring.
