Absolutely love the underwear - most comfortable I’ve ever worn and so reasonably priced. I ordered boxer shorts for my husband and he said the same thing. You wouldn’t even know you’re wearing them. I always order a size up from my usual size when buying underwear and they fit perfectly. Happy customer here - I’ll be buying more.

Purchased two packs of ladies socks which arrived extremly quickly and they look lovely though I haven’t actually worn them yet - hope they’re as comfortable and warm as they feel! My only complaint so far is the packaging - a separate box for each pack and then another card wrapper. Although all the packaging is recyclable it seems somewhat excessive and it took me ages to actually get to the socks!!

Reasonable delivery time but no outer packaging. I ordered 2 sets of socks 1 womens and 1 mens for Xmas gifts. They were in boxes but as there was no outer packaging I had to peel the large address label off which was quite difficult. I then had to open one, again a sticky label, to find out which was which as there was just a product number on the outside.

Women’s bamboo socks - wife very impressed - has bought more for herself since! Delivery time great and very well packaged too - came in a beautiful box.

Wore once…. hole appeared in waistband. Not the best quality.

Bought 6 pairs of boxers for just under £20 which seemed like a bargain. Unfortunately, whilst these are very comfortable, the stitching comes away very easily and the general cut and finish isn't great. So plus points are price and comfort, scored down as the product doesn't appear to have any longevity.

Absolutely rubbish trainer socks, 2 pairs fit and 4 pairs are way too small, annoying waster of money and ruined walks because of this.

Absolute rubbish. I bought 6 pairs and three pairs have split at the crutch. No they are too tight, as I like loose fitting. I have been refunded for two pairs but have now given up. Very comfortable but stitching is unreliable. No longer purchasing Spairs.

Owned for a year. Socks are falling apart after a year. Normally I buy Asda socks and they last longer.

Underwear is fairing slightly better but have had to throw one pair away due to split elastic. Was expecting better. At least they were relatively cheap and fast delivery etc.

Ladies these pants are great and silky soft and are fantastic price. However do not use them if you use sanitary towels or any type of pads . Not good at all they slip and slide and they do not stick to the bamboo material. I tried several different makes and none of them would stick (even with wings). Usually I would just change to cotton ones however I was on a cruise so had no choice but to wear these. For this reason I have given them 3 stars. It may seem like a big drop however for us ladies, in my opinion it's not practical to have underwear that can not handle our monthly cycles.

After thrashing around the Internet for gents underwear I came across Spairs and very pleased I did.
Ordered 6 pairs of the bamboo fiber underpants and as soon as they arrived and one pair was tried on, I ordered another 6. Royal Mail provided fast delivery via constant updates. The size guide was accurate which is not always the case with suppliers.
After a very bad experience with Silkenfits I'm very pleased Spairs came along. Thank you.

Absolutely miniature ladies underwear sizing. Size up by 3-4 sizes at least or just expect your order not to fit at all!!!! No refunds offered on underwear either

Really shocked at the reviews. I buy these for 3 of my boys and my husband and not had a complaint. I like how they look on my husband !!
I wash them and not noticed any holes or signs of wear no one complained about sizing either even my xxl son.

Revised review. One pair of spaires literally disintegrated at the seam. Contacted customer services who agreed to refund the pair which I thought was fair. They refunded a pair of socks instead despite having a photograph of the briefs. They then asked for proof of purchase as they could only find socks. Sent proof of purchase and they then said they couldn't do anything as the order was over 6 months ago. They weren't opened and worn straight away so I fail to see why this is relevant.Seemed to be making it up as they go along. Wasn't expecting much from them and really just wanted to query why my pair were faulty but I'm quite disappointed with their customer service. As a matter of principle will be buying from other companies going forwards.

Like the products but dislike customer service (or lack of)
I placed a repeat order, however, due to a suspected Website error the wrong product was sent out.
I have requested an exchange but been told that I am responsible for return postage costs! I have photographic proof of the item I ordered yet despite this Spaires insist that I must pay return costs!
As a household we have ordered £128.89 worth of goods in the last week...there will be no further orders nor will I make any recommendations.

Underwear is unbelievably thin - could get better quality at primark. Small as well

First day I wore them to work and they shredded like tissue definitely ain’t worth the money and definitely not for a working man correct size ordered
