Absolutely fantastic service - 10/10. I booked my ipad repair on Tuesday, collected on Wednesday and returned on Friday fully repaired. Excellent communication and service from start to finish. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Extremely poor service, was told to get call back 3 times and never been called. Placed online order over 2 weeks ago and this order still has not been fulfilled. After calling store more than 10 times still have not received the order complete. Each time poor excuse like system isn’t working or I don’t know the password to log in. The manager will call you this hasn’t happened. I won’t be using them again and if it’s not resolved I will want a full refund as this is Shocking service! Avoid using at all costs.

Excellent service and todate effective repair, only downside was paying £15 for pickup by carrier thinking that would speed the whole process up. Should have sent package myself.

I dropped my IPhone X two days after receiving it, breaking the back glass and camera lens. Nobody local would make the repairs and a quick look online said the work was not consumer possible.
After searching online I decided to send the phone to Spark Angels. I had big reservations about sending the phone, but I needn't have worried.
I cannot express enough my thanks to the staff at Spark Angels. The ordering process, subsequent online /telephone communication, door to door courier service and repair was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the final price for the work done was extremely good value. I sent my phone on the Monday and it was returned by Midday on the Wednesday. They even repaired the smashed back and returned it looking like new, which many had told me was not feasible. As you would guess, I highly recommend Spark Angels and will definitely use again if required.

I phoned this morning , had a chat, and made a same day appointment for disaster of sudden block disappearance of ALL inbox emails from my ipad.
Greeted cheerfully on entry, couple of minutes wait for my technician to come out.
The same young man I had explained my problem to earlier, was able to track down my lost emails, show me how to retrieve them and return them to my inbox.
He was very kind and professional to a ‘seriously devices challenged’ more mature lady.
Then, he declined to take a payment for the service.
(I am a returning customer).

They really are angels, I used these guys when they were the IPhone Angels when they repaired the screen on my iPhone 3. Two weeks ago I needed to repair my wife’s iPhone 7 Plus. Sky Mobile abandoned their legal obligation to repair the phone. Apple quoted between £200 and £300 to even look at it. I turned to the angels who examined it and repaired the motherboard for £75. I would not go anywhere else for repairs and will look at their refurbished phones in a couple of years. Thanks guys my wife is delighted.

After ordering an item to be collected by a courier (DPD), I was told I would be informed with full details on the day (including specific timing of this).

However, on the day, I had no emails or phone messages from DPD. I even checked my phone as I was heading out the house for half an hour - this also had no news.

I assumed they must have got the days wrong; however, when I got back, I found notification from DPD saying I'd missed the pickup.

They offered me a refund for the product; however refused to return the £15 P&P (despite the failure of the collection being their mistake, not mine).

Great service, I dropped my iPhone cracked all repaired due to a great service. Thanks Guys

I have just got back from Spark Angels Wellingborough who, once again, have replaced my broken iPhone screen. They gave such a great service last time that I didn’t hesitate to drive straight to them when I dropped my phone again.
