My website was down for 2 days because of poor service
A few days ago, my website went down, and after contacting the support team, I was informed that my domain had expired and needed to be renewed. I explained that I had already renewed the domain last month. Upon further investigation, they confirmed that the payment had been processed, but the domain was not renewed due to an issue on their end. As a result, my website was down for two days due to this poor service.

I had registered for a domain and that is now assigned to someone else, such carelessness ,Its been more than a month that i have registered and still i am facing issues is someone at sparkhost responsible enough to take up my case a solve it.
Thanks to team at Spark host my issue is resolved and i have the domain i applied for.
