Good customer service, timely delivery

Absolutely in love with my stunning trio of candle lights from Sparkle Lighting! They are such a realistic interpretation of real candles and come with a handy control allowing you to change the warmth / flicker of the fake flame to suit the mood and atmosphere. I regularly buy from Sparkle - have been obsessed with their beautiful rimmed cordless glass lamps for the past 2 years since discovering them on the website and ended up buying a few of them to place around my home. Huge thanks to the fantastic team at Sparkle for their superb creative buying choices and offering such a wonderful range of products for both indoor and outdoor lighting. Really classy, uniquely designed products and at incredibly reasonable prices too.

I have had excellent customer service and follow up from Sparkle. I wasn’t sure whether the lights would be suitable but a questioned asked on the website was answered fully and promptly. The lights are perfect (long indoor cluster lights) and look lovely along the high ceiling of a dark bedroom. I definitely recommend.

Bought the Pom Pom lights after admiring them for so long. So happy with them. Beautifully packaged and added warmth to the livingroom. Would highly recommend this little business. Love adding some sparkle to my home and these lights are a lovely change from the fairy lights.

The communication updates are great (I live in the US). Shipping and handling fantastic.
And I even got an email saying that it looks like my items arrived and she was checking to make sure all was well.
