I purchased quite a few things from Sparkle in Pink and the swim suits are quality! Great and durable. However, my daughter and I received 3 different dresses that we had to sow back together because they were ripped before we even wore them. I tried to email to get them replaced, not even refunded, and it isn’t free to return. It’s $7. Per dress. And 2 of the emails were returned as “unable to send”. I did not get an email confirmation for my second order, nor did I get a receipt in my package to know what order number to ask about. I love matching my daughter but I don’t think I’ll order here again

We never charge to replace defective items, we send out replacements free of charge and you don't have to send the damaged items back. If that wasn't the case, please let us know!

Love the trendy styles, exceptional quality and reasonable pricing
I was introduced to this company by my granddaughter's mother. I found the clothing to be reasonably priced and exceptional quality. In my last order I accidentally chose an in incorrect size and contacted them about the return process. This was an easy process and was able to reorder without issue.
I have now been shopping with Sparkle In Pink for outfits for my other 2 grandchildren.

Clothes are small and fabric is thin and cheap. Nothing fits correctly and I've gotten ripped items from them. Want to return something? Expect to get back less than half of what you paid. I paid $46 total for two dresses that are too small even though I went by the size chart and they want to refund me less than $21!!

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. That’s definitely not the quality or service we aim to provide. If you received any damaged items, those should absolutely be refunded in full, and we’d like to make that right.
We order our designs in bulk and do run into defects from time to time (not super common, but can happen as it does with any brand). Any time that does happen, we immediately refund you in full and send out a replacement. If that was not the case, please let our support team know and we'll get it made right for any defects!
Returns are free (+ a $5 bonus!) for choosing a gift card refund. If you select to have your money returned to your original form of payment, we charge a small $6.99 fee to cover return shipping and labor on our side. You would certainly receive more than $21 for that return unless you weren't returning every piece of your order. 🩷
Please reach out to our customer support team so we can take another look at your return and sizing concerns. We appreciate your feedback and giving us the chance to improve. 🥰

This company is amazing! Their customer service and response to contact is exemplary. I had put the wrong shipping address when I’m placed my order. I contacted them through their customer support email. Within an hour I had a written response saying that they would correct the address. Shortly thereafter I had a confirmation email saying that the address had been changed. Wow!
Additionally, I have placed about 5 orders with this company. Everything is high quality and beautiful.
I highly recommend this excellent company!

Our experience with SIP has been wonderful! I absolutely love their adorable clothes, with so much variety! Plus the Mommy & Me matches are perfect!! We have so many matching sets. My daughter and I love all of our matching cardigans for every holiday!! Cute clothes! We bought family matching Christmas pjs, matching swim suits for our son and daughter, a mother daughter matching dress set, and a few misc items. Most things were great, but we did have to exchange a few sizes. It was a fairly straightforward process.

My daughter and I love Sparkle in Pink. We have been shopping here for almost a year now. They have the best holiday outfits. They looks great and my 6 year old gets compliments all the time.
