I had a package returned because of…

I had a package returned because of wrong address. Even though customer service had the correct address. For over a month now I have tried to resolve this and still nothing and they keep taking money from me. I will not buy from them again.

Online boutiques must must have easy…

Online boutiques must must have easy returns and exchanges in my opinion. Especially since they know sizing is weird for their clothes. It is a disservice to your customers to make returning and exchanges (which they technically don’t do) difficult! Please fix this!

My Granddaughter loves the clothes I buy her from this Online Store. The clothing is unique and very cute. Pricing is low and the packages always arrive on time. The clothing is somewhat on the thin side but for the price it is quite acceptable. Will continue to purchase from until they no longer make my Granddaughters size.

Item arrived looking exactly as photo image comfortable relaxed fit. However, I did pay for expedited shipping needles to say the order arrived too late for my family to wear to scheduled event so I had to go to plan B.

Our Rush Shipping is typically extremely reliable, but around the holidays things can get a tad behind for the shipping carriers, which is completely out of our control, unfortunately.

That being said, reach out to our support team! If your order arrived outside our estimated time window, we'll happily refund you for the extra amount you paid for the Rush Shipping, so it's as if you paid Standard Shipping.

Ordered in september, they tell me they send the order I made twice and I did not receive anything. They told me I would get a refund, again I did not get anything. This is a total scam!

There have been various scams going on lately with people pretending to be Sparkle In Pink and taking money without fulfilling any orders.

Can you confirm if the items you ordered were all priced at $5.99? The scam websites have all had super low prices like that, if that's the case, unfortunately you ordered from a scam website :(

If you contact our actual support team via support@sparkleinpink.com they can lend you a hand at trying to get your money back. We've been dealing with this for months.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Had isssues with the company they then refused 3 family members business! Stated how “obsessed” they were with my daughter and then turned around and said “your family isn’t a good fit for our company” ! 🤯 crazy like the mean girls all over again “you can’t sit with us” why because in all the time I’ve been with SIP I had one issue that turned it all upside down! All because they were Indian givers of $100 store credit. They gave it to my daughter then took it away! Who does that??? I even apologized for making remarks like “you guys need to make it right” as I was upset she missed out several times on several different items because they kept cancelling my order! So my mother in law goes to order and they verbally on the phone (have recording) ask if she knew “my name” @ “my location” she was honest and said yes they refused her almost $300 order all because of me? Lol say what. Who gives info out like that what if that was a psycho and they didn’t know me!? I’ve loved SIP and used SIP for years they claim I ordered 3x uhm no I created a new account when I moved and plus my mother always placed my orders as she had a credit card and I’m a server with cash always not a card. It’s sickening!

Hello again, Katherine.

You placed your first order with us on August 15th, 2023. The order was for $156.79. You emailed in stating that one of the dresses from our store had ruined your entire load of laundry and all of your back-to-school outfits. We've tested our clothing extensively against bleeding, and have never had any issues or complaints about this happening. Even with no evidence that your ruined load of laundry was our fault, we apologized and completely refunded your order in full.

We then sent you a new dress as a replacement for the one you claimed ruined your laundry, and also gave you $100 credit to use in our store to make up for what had allegedly happened.

Katherine, you then placed another order on September 29 for $136.00 where you used the $100 credit that we gave to you. Your total out-of-pocket was $46.05 for that order with shipping. You called again complaining about the outfits and demanded we ship your daughter a free mystery box for you having to go through all of this. So we did. We shipped your daughter a free mystery box, which contained 3 entire outfits. Once again, you called and complained about the free products you received. Our executive team reviewed each interaction with you and can confirm that our customer support team was extremely nice and patient with you, despite you screaming and cursing at our team members. It's all documented.

You then placed another order with us for $71.78 on September 29,2023. Once you received the products, you continued to call, email and chat with our customer service team complaining and fabricating new issues with each order. You informed us that if we do not make this right she will blast our company all over social media. At this point, our co-owner got involved and said let's make this right with her, customers are our highest priority. We ended up refunding your order in full once again.

You now have nearly $400.00 of product from Sparkle In Pink for free (which is stealing at this point) and we have never asked you to return any of it and have complied with all of your demands to try and make things right. At this point there is nothing owed, you have received all your orders, got all your money back, plus extra for freebies we sent, yet you continue to harass our team in every way possible.

You have not been shopping with us for years, you have placed 3 orders since August 2023 and have done nothing but harass our Customer Service Team with threats and using profound language. We don't tolerate that behavior at Sparkle In Pink. You will never be welcomed back to shop from our store to avoid further issues. We ask you to move on and please leave our team alone and to take your business elsewhere and find something better to do with your time. If this behavior continues, we will be contacting the authorities and filing harassment charges and requesting a restraining order. We have all the evidence in the world that we have done nothing but try to help you and to make things right.

We wish you and your family all the best, thank you for giving us a shot, we're so sorry we were unable to meet your expectations after going above and beyond at every step of the way. Please let this be our last interaction, after nearly 4 months of harassment, we have had enough.

I’ve ordered from SIP a few times and…

I’ve ordered from SIP a few times and never had an issue. I am a little disappointed this order as I feel what I ordered ran a bit small. I did reach out to see if it was possible to exchange & received an email in response that they only accept returns. If these weren’t for my girls Christmas Eve box I wouldn’t have any issues, but my concern is shipping times to get return in and receive a credit to reorder the items. Unfortunately not everyone has the ability to put money out a 2nd time to ensure they have their items for special occasions. It would be awesome if they would consider making that an option.

The quality of the children’s clothing…

Have been waiting for order for 28 days now still haven’t received it but will write another review when and if I receive them. But can say it come from china. I did ask before ordering were the shipping was out of and was told in the US then after ordering got tracking number and it said shipping out of china so I don’t like the misleading info and I did E- mail and tell them that. And I did E-mail and ask
About my order and they said that with the sale i bought from was such a great sale that they are overwhelmed with orders. Have sent 3 E-mail since ordering and all 3 replies was the same reply!!!

There have been a lot of these fake websites popping up lately, and they are stealing our logo & product images, and then pretending to sell our products for cheap.
