We would like to bring to your immediate attention a very disappointing experience we are facing with your Bhiwandi vendor and the sub-dealer in Turbhe, Mr. Bhim Singh (Fitness Solution).
We have already made the full upfront payment of ₹1,45,000/- by card, as committed. At the time of payment, we were promised that the products would be delivered by Friday. Later, we were informed that the tempo was not available and the delivery would be made on Saturday. Now again, we have been told that there is no built tempo available and the delivery will only happen on Monday.
Additionally, we have purchased a Spin Bike, for which we have not received any bill or warranty card till now. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.
Such repeated delays and lack of documentation severely damage the reputation of Sparnod Fitness, and this has been the worst experience we have faced so far.
We request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and ensure that:
Our products are delivered immediately, without any further delay.
We receive the invoice and warranty card for the Spin Bike without fail.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, we will be left with no choice but to take necessary action.
We expect your urgent support and quick resolution.
