A big shout out for the amazing customer service. I would certainly order from Spa Store again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

“Great customer service
“Great customer service. Marge was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy.” However Mainfrieght New Plymouth could have been more on to it with updates/package status texts!

Very Happy Customer
This company outshine others with customer service and quality product. Nothing is too much trouble, polite, friendly and professional to deal with. I have used them for a number of years and they have exceeded my expectations many times. Marge is a star and her advice and product knowledge is second to none. Cannot thank you enough Marge. I purchased an item on 3 Feb 26
I purchased an item on 3 Feb 26, received email that a picture of the item was needed. Sent this same photo three times. Still no response or item sent. Spoke with a rude customer representative on 20 March 26. After speaking with him I was informed that the item I requested was obsolete and they were waiting on a response from me which I never received. However, when speaking to the representative he got upset! When asked to speak with a supervisor he refused and just refunded my money. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and what I know for a fact, when a customer asks to speak with a supervisor that should happen. When you call a company and all calls are recorded for training purposes and both sides of the conversation is heard. That way the whole conversation is heard in the fullest! What I received from this company poor customer service!

With regards to the spa cover I ordered there was no communication with the customer that the courier rarely delivers in our area. I had to chase this up and customer should be advised of this, which made it frustrating.
