Am so happy with my dogs cut, the lady kept it looking natural, and was patient with the time it took to get the nots out as we ran over on time.
Very professional, and asked the required coat length by showing samples of different coat piles. Have never experienced that before. My first time there but will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Thanks so much!

Fabulous experience
Our springer spaniel Archie went there for the first time a few days ago. We were nervous but he settled in and he looked amazing when we went to pick him up. The girls there are brilliant with the dogs and very caring. A great job, and some useful advice for us too for future grooming. Then he had a photo taken for Halloweeen. Cant wait to see what the Xmas ones look like 🤣 All in all a great experience for our boy and he will be a regular now 🤩

A nasty groomer. Avoid
Its very sad that a rescue cannot take a dog into this groomer, AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, and find that Karolina and her staff are not only gossips but trolls as well. Rescues accept dogs who are in terrible conditions. Beaux was found two days before in the middle of a busy road waiting to die. The people who found her drove to SalliPets at night and handed her in. We took her to the vet, and the day after took her to the groomers. We didnt ask for a free groom. The other dog that was groomed, we paid £45.
Instead Karolina, phoned me to say she couldn't groom the Beaux because he had scratches. Yet the vet had cleared Beaux to be bathed/groomed.Unlike most professionals, she didn't ask questions, she gossiped and went on a social media troll group to lie. TodayI phoned and told her about these lies, but there was no apology. Luckily, Trading Standards, the Information Commissioners Office and the Council can now deal with it. SalliPets Dog Rescue has ZERO tolerance for hatred and lies. Zero.
Shame on these people. Society needs less of them and more genuine people. SalliPets Rescue WONT EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

The groomers did an excellent job on both my dogs, they felt really soft and smooth after their bath, brush and trimming.
Both of the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
