Great customer service.
I ordered cork tiles which were out of stock at the time of order. The company's comunication was excellent. When new stock arrived, the order was dispatched and delivered very quickly and the product was good quality. Overall a very good company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Customer Service.
I cannot fault the outstanding customer service that I have received from SPD. I ordered cork underlay from them which was not only easy to lay, but also of great quality.
There was a problem with the delivery company who sadly let SPD down, as both parcels failed to arrive with the next day delivery. The following day only one parcel arrived and the second seems to have vanished.
The way in which Becky at SPD dealt with the problem that was certainly not of their making, was quite simply outstanding. She looked into the matter, communicated wonderfully and resolved the issue very quickly.
