The engineer came yearly as expected. He was very polite, took shoes off which was great. Did service quickly, very helpful putting items back in cupboard. Explaining things as he went. Thank you

Highly professional whilst still being friendly. Callum was very efficient and left the area spotless. He responded fully to my questions. Booking the service was very easy and the office staff were also very friendly.

No problems with the maintenance side…
No problems with the maintenance side at all ,——-excellent,but the financial side poor ,they never change the D/Deach year and we end up having to pay a small amount,very very annoying,and bad on your part ——-please try and sort this,it’s been the same every year since we started and it puts us Off!!!!!!!!!!

With regards to the accounts issues, I can see you're currently on a prepaid option with us. Moving forwards you can set up a new direct debit on our new payment system, Stripe, which we have had much better feedback with.

Hydrotap repair
Fast, efficient service from the engineer who attended to repair our Zip Hydrotap.
They talked me through what was required to be done and how to stop this fault happening in the future.

We had a service….all good
We had a service….all good. 2 hours later we had a persistent water leak…..NOT GOOD!
Needed to have another call-out to fix the leak - should have been identified during the service visit!!
Not a good reflection of Zip’s workmanship or attention to detail.
