⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM SPECTRAFORCE. My experience with Senior Recruiter Sunanda Thakur was disappointing from start to finish. She took the time to speak with me, requested my résumé, and then failed to acknowledge receiving it or provide any update. Only after I withdrew my application did I receive an apology. Respect for candidates shouldn’t begin only after they’ve walked away. If this is how applicants are treated before they’re hired, think twice before trusting this company with your time.

Professional, Technical, and Supportive
Spectraforce has been a pleasure to work with on my contract employee needs. Spectraforce hires quality internal people
Adriana Sullivan has always been a "class act" and wonderful to work with which is why I choose and honor Spectraforce. They have to be good to know how to hire special people and she follows up on anything that is asked. She won't tell me she can do something if she can't and she is always willing to go to higher leadership if she needs to. You get 100% from her and the Spectraforce teams every day. I have worked with her and Spectraforce for approximately 8(ish) years.
