We are very grateful to Nick, Lone, Neil and the whole Spectrum team for going the extra mile to help us create our dream. They have the perfect combination of good old-fashioned customer service and cutting edge state-of-the-art technical know-how. A special mention goes to Neil Spiers, the Technical Sales expert who was our main point of contact, and guided us through our project with enthusiasm, knowledge, dedication, good humour and the perfect personal touch. We were working to a tight schedule, in order to have our extension completed before the arrival of our baby (a non-moveable deadline!). Neil went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything went according to plan, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. He kept us updated and informed throughout which was appreciated, and undoubtedly prevented my wife from going into stress-induced premature labour!

Spectrum supplied and fitted 2 sets of Solarlux SL60 Bi-folding Doors (1 x 3 panel, 1 x 5 panel), a floor-to-ceiling 'tilt-turn' window and a small replacement window in our extension. We were impressed by the advice and options given to enable us to create our dream, from the moment we first discussed our ideas at their stand at the Grand Designs show at the NEC in Birmingham, to then walking into their newly extended showroom which displays the range of high quality products they have chosen to work with. The attention to detail in developing our plans stood out. The doors and windows look amazing, and have transformed what was a dated looking 1980s extension into a beautiful garden room on the back of our Edwardian period house, which we will enjoy with our family for many years to come. Thanks to Lee and Paul who fitted the Bi-folds with impressive skills and no mess!

Great Product and Service
We had a Solarlux glass house installed onto the back of our house in Shrewsbury. The new additional space is fantastic, and the product is great. We are now able to sit out and enjoy our garden much more than we could before. The install team Mark and Luke were very tidy and made sure everything was perfect before finishing the job. Would definitely recommend Spectrum to others!

Great service, products and support. They helped us with our mini “Grand Designs” project and we are over the moon with the rusults. Had a problem with our bifolds recently and they sorted it quickly despite no longer selling that particular brand.

From our first visit to Spectrum's showroom we knew we were dealing with superior products. Spectrum ensured that all that early product promise (we ordered Internorm and Kastrup units) was delivered for my Client with the minimum of fuss. Quality products backed up with quality service where, reassuringly, every detail has met the highest of standards. My only advice is to plan and order as early in the project as feasible. This quality takes slightly longer to deliver than some cheaper alternatives, but if you want the best it's well worth the time and effort.

We are extremely pleased with our Kastrup HF110 wood/aluminium triple-glazed windows and doors. They are stylish, provide excellent thermal and sound insulation and are good value.
Throughout the process, Lone's technical knowledge and design suggestions, and Nick's liaison with our builders have been invaluable. Special thanks to Paul, Leigh, Mark and Luke for their attention to detail on installation.

We have used Spectrum on a number of projects for clients. They are our first point of call. We have yet to find another supplier/installer who offers the same level of service, quality and price. We have also used Spectrum to supply and install windows for our own new house. This also included bespoke boxed window reveals, Spectrum worked closely with us in their design, integration into the building envelope and the reveals were then individually made and installed on site. The windows and reveals look amazing and we are extremely happy with the end result.

The team were very helpful and clear. The product seems excellent and reasonably priced - some minor issues which were dealt with by the company with no problem, maybe a bit slow to get them fixed (though fixed they were) so that is why 4 stars rather than 5.

Fantastic sales and fitting service for my bifold doors that have transformed my house. Very glad that I didn't go with cheaper option because I got premium customer service - fitting of window was tricky owing to age of house but they managed it superbly and made great suggestions to get it absolutely right. Communication on measuring, ordering and fitting with me and my builder was first rate. They really care about quality in everything they do. I'm now getting windows for my rental flat from them.

I spent £38,000 on top drawer airtight triple glazed windows by Internorm and Spectrum made a first-class job of measuring and fitting them.
But a firm isn't measured by how well they perform but by how well it sorts out mistakes, and Spectrum sorted the only mistake out straight away and then gave good aftersales support when asked for straight away.
