Everything shipped so quickly! And packed with care. When I mis-entered part of an order, they were very helpful and quick to resolve the issue. It wasn't even their mistake! Yet they were still cool and nice about fixing it 10/10

When I contacted customer service about a lost charger they replied almost immediately. In addition to that because my warranty hadn’t run out they offered to send a replacement charger.

I have purchased from this storefront before, for a magic want, no issues with that product. I finally got around to purchasing a dildo that I was interested in and upon arrival I immediately noticed the low quality in the print job of the product and it felt incredibly cheap and it even says on the packaging that it is a novelty toy and not meant for intimacy yet it says that you can use it as a strap on and all this other stuff. The print job alone had me concerned about what I could possibly insert in myself. I immediately contacted the spectrum customer support and I am utterly disgusted and offended by how I was talked to by the customer support agent, Carly, talking down to me as if I don't know what I am talking about and claiming that there were multiple images on the website showing the product when that's not true at all, there's literally only one image of this product that I purchased and it is low enough quality that it was misleading. That's one thing about her response to me that really upsets me is that she claims that me saying the picture is misleading is actually not true. Again I do not appreciate being talked to you like this by a customer service agent. I was really excited about supporting a business that is in the same state as myself but unfortunately I'm going to have to take my business back to love honey as they have a much better return policy and customer service isn't as snarky and condescending.

UPDATE 9/30/2026:
Turns out I was in fact right about being concerned over the print on the product rubbing off because last night I gave the product a chance and inserted it in myself and came out with a couple of spots rubbed off. This is unacceptable and this product needs to be removed from your inventory immediately, I also am expecting a refund instead of credits because I do not want to use your services ever again, please I'm begging you just for a refund, this is not fair to due to a customer especially when she is in the right about a product.

Great selection and excellent prices. Shipping is always fast, discreet and sometimes you'll receive freebies or and discount codes for purchase purchases. Definitely worth it!!!

I had an issue with one of the products I had purchased. I wrote to their customer care line and I was helped by the best business day. My issue was resolved by Carly, they were such a gem and super sweet! This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had!

RUDE AND UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order that I needed to adjust and received a response from Carly in less than 24 hours. They were able to help me with exactly what I was asking for. Have had other very positive experiences with Spectrum in the past as well.

Spectrum has always been my go to shop. They sell a wide variety of quality toys and if you have any issues the customer service is top notch. My girl Carly responded to my email within the hour and quickly placed my order for a replacement. I recommend this shop to everyone!

I purchased a stainless steel infinity necklace/collar that was said to be 16" though I was sent a 20" item. I contacted this place to let them know, and they pretty much said too bad, saying "sometimes we all buy a product that isn't for us.' DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE>

I received a defective item and emailed support to ask about what options I had, if any, to rectify the situation. Carly responded within the same day, apologizing for the issue and providing me with a store credit and a handy list of alternative and comparable products that I might want to purchase instead to avoid the issue again. This is not the only time I've had a great experience with Spectrum Boutique's customer service when an issue has arisen, and I suspect that will be the case going forward if any problems should pop up again. I will gladly continue to support this business because anyone can sell a product, but it's sadly a little tougher to find the ones that really care about the customer experience beyond just their bottom line.

I'm not sure if I'm not receiving their emails. Finally, someone contacted me via text. I got my package. I'm a happy customer. Thank you. This makes me confident to purchase more. Shipping was fast as well.

Items were shipped quickly and without issue. However I never received an email confirmation of my order nor any tracking/shipping info from them until after I posted a bad review. I tried contacting them on every platform where they have a presence but only got an email from them after the bad review despite then claiming to have emailed me several times over. It took 4 emails and a bad review before I got any shipping info or even my order number. Apparently part of the issue is they don't answer emails on the weekends. I got a super fast response after sending an inquiry regarding the shipping on my order still showing up as “processing” after quite awhile. I didn’t expect to even get an answer with my email being two days before Christmas, but I did!
Carly responded promptly, clearly, and kindly, with a fix to the issue. She was also very forthcoming about the issue being a tech problem and finding out what they could do to right it. The issue was really out of their control so the fact that they ended up expediting shopping once it was corrected and offering a coupon was really awesome.

Excellent customer service. The product I ordered was defective and an email was all it took to get an exchange processed. I received a new product no questions asked, no fuss. Spectrum has never disapointed.

This is a great adult toy store--their selection is well organized, they have fun themed sales, and their customer service is great. I've been happy with nearly everything I have bought from them, and the one time I purchased a product with a factory defect, they made it right as quickly as possible.

Have ordered from SB a few times over the years, and always had a great experience - products are great quality, and arrive fast. Am signed up to their mailing list, and there are frequently great promos.

I had a coworker introduce me to Spectrum Boutique and I am beyond thankful she did! The curated selection of body safe adult toys is 10 out of 10. The customer service is 10 out of 10 The layout of the store is affirming for me since it's not labeled "Men's toys" or "Women's toys" I love how inclusive this store is, I believe that Zoe (owner) goes over the top to make sure her customers are happy. Spectrum Boutique is a wonderful shop and sex education hub.
The prices here are competitive to other adult toy stores.

Knowledgeable shop/owner always sharing education with their customer base. Quality toys, fair prices and speedy customer service. Only place I shop for the goods!
