I had two tickets in two different incident. One was speeding and the cop claim that I was on my phone as well, that’s what was written on my ticket. The second one was running a red light because I was not paying attention. I was super worried and I did not want any report to go in my record because it would affected my work. Someone introduced me to frank. I did not have any hopes they would help me . But after a few months my case was dismissed. I am so thankful to their service, after those tow incident I have been super careful with my driving habits. And I am thankful my driving record remain clean

It’s a waste of money. They tell you they’re going to get a “good” or “premium” attorney with a 85-97% success rate. It’s a lie. It appears they shopped around for the cheapest attorney they could find and that’s why they can’t tell you who will represent you before they pay. All I got was a slight amendment that I could’ve gotten on my own, and over $1,000 extra on the price tag. It’s a scam through and through. If you’re successful it’s because you were already going to be successful with any attorney. You’re essentially left with your back against the wall in my opinion.

Everything turned out as we wished the case was thrown out because the policeman never showed up so I’m not sure how it would’ve turned out otherwise but as for the results now for 100% satisfied

Waste of money and time. Basically, no communication with anyone once they took my $700. So now I'm out $1000 on a $250 ticket and my license. Thanks for nothing

Wrote a bad review, yesterday. I want to delete it, lost the case and Frank gave me the money back. Stand up Man there. Was mad cause I lost, acted like a 2 yr old. I take what I said back. Good guy, good outfit.

Went in by word of mouth that they had a 89 and 95% success rate. I had GPS and video proof of going below the speed I was clocked at. After paying $1,400 for them to fight it, they got me to have to pay an additional $150 for the original $300 ticket and it still went on record.

Strongly advise to not use them or to do it yourself if you have proof. I have no clue if they even submitted the proof I provided of My camera and GPS footage given where I was pulled over.

Yes, I will agree Frank is incredibly nice and professional. In regards to the offer for the refund, for having paid multiple times over the base cost of the ticket, and then the ticket itself.

An offer for a refund, or even a partial refund
should have occured after the conviction as the video and GPS data provided showed the speed and location I was charged and found guilty with did not match.

It was 3 camera angles with 2 providing GPS Information on them.

Maybe another state has better luck on evidence review. But cases In the PNW do not appear that way for the 7 of us. Noting, this review is of my individual case. We did appreciate in one individuals case of only getting license suspended and no jail time.

Great communication and an expected outcome. 16mph over limit reduced to window tint violation. Attorney was professional and good communication.

I got a speeding ticket in a state that is one of the harshest with traffic violations. Found STA on Google. They connected me with a firm that has a very high success rate in that state. I am a Commercial Truck Driver and got a speeding ticket nearly 10 miles above the posted speed limit in SC., when my Automated Rig's Speed Senor and Jake Braking Systems Failed.
