I applied for a title loan and they gave me the money I paid off the loan but they will not release the lien that is on the vehicle so I've paid the loan off but they refused to give me my title back and they keep giving me the runaround and they're very rude on the phone

They gave a firm offer a scrap car and told me they would not haggle. They showed up 1.5 hours late with no notice. Then they claimed the catalytic converter was aftermarket and reduced the offer by $150. On a scrap car. I know the history of the car from new and the cat was never replaced. I now see from other reviews this is a common trick they do.
They made an offer before coming to pick up the vehicle and immediately offered half of what they offered. Also told me there's not catalytic converter on the car which I know for a fact there is.
We agreed on price before I arranged to have my vehicle delivered. Once received, Mike G. lowballed me and I only received half of the original offer. Beware of these guys, they will bait and switch.
